Located in Bertinoto on the Forlì hills, the restaurant is housed within the walls of the old cinema, a structure that as soon as you cross the threshold transports you into a world that exudes history, a place lived in and frequented by local people who have seen the films of the time. Once inside you are immediately captivated by the atmosphere made up of soft lights, memories and music. In fact, Luca sits at the grand piano and gives his harmonious and warm notes to those present, who arrive in all their sweetness and without having the overbearing claim to overwhelm the words, which can flow freely alongside the desire to converse. Marilena always welcomes you with her contagious smile and guides you on a journey of taste through traditional Emilia Romagna dishes, and an important choice regarding the wine list. The dinner flows away perfectly with the excellent cuisine and the notes of the piano, a perfect combination that captures your memories and keeps them in your heart, with the promise of returning and repeating that experience. Try the Enoteca Bistrot Colonna, I'm sure that in the end you will tell me: you were right.

20/02/2024: The trained staff is very kind, the place is nice and the raw materials are really good (and they charge in case of deviations from the menu: +1€ for the price???). Nice place inside and welcoming (I'm not judging the outside and/or the view as I was there in the evening on a foggy winter night). Service that I would define as normal. Present that evening was the property's (tiny) dog wandering among the tables (it doesn't bother me, on the contrary... but maybe it does to some). Pizza, gourmet, good, light and digestible. It's a shame that out of the 3 doughs offered that evening there was only the classic one. Wide choice of excellent quality beers, but only in bottles and >€8 bottles. No jugs. Desserts scarce and/or missing. I took 3 rums and chocolates, paid €24 and served them: the 3 rums with only 8 chocolate orange peels. 8 doesn't even divide by 3. Prices above average>30€ each. Advise? Yes...But not without the sight. The same quality can be found elsewhere with greater customer care in places that are more convenient to reach. I will definitely try again later.

21/01/2024: Original and good pizza, friendly wait staff. The criticism and the reason why the review is negative is because despite having booked the previous day, I was not informed that my table would be on the veranda, cold to the point of having eaten with my jacket on. It was not pleasant at all and we were not given the opportunity to have another table. I would have appreciated if at the time of booking I had been told that there was no other table than on the veranda so I could decide whether to bring my blanket or not.

31/03/2024: Genuine, informal, historical. Value for money: excellent. Summer council on the terrace. In 1886 Giosue' Carducci frequented it. Excellent wines from the Celli winery.

30/03/2024: Young boys between the tables. Very friendly service. Excellent food, I would particularly like to point out the tagliatelle with ham sauce and the passatelli in broth. Correct quality-price ratio.

15/12/2023: A truly delicious place, the food served is a sort of Romagna/gourmet revisited with fresh and top quality ingredients, even the wines tasted were all excellent, really pleasant, and the owner is truly a "master" in recommending which bottle is best for the case! Don't expect tavern prices, but it's really worth it!

06/04/2024: The place is very nice and welcoming. Definitely informal environment suitable for families and groups. It has a large panoramic terrace with tables. The only flaw is the parking, which unfortunately is a problem for ALL the places in Bertinoro... The mixed grill was very good and well cooked. Very TENDER AND TASTY cut, the chef UNDERSTOOD and RESPECTED the cooking request 😋 Delicious grilled vegetables. The aubergines are excellent as are the baked potatoes. The house wine drinks well and the mascarpone is very good. I go back often 😃

07/04/2024: Restaurant with breathtaking views of the hills and the sea in the distance. Very succulent and traditional Emilian dishes. True, simple, authentic, no-frills service. Everyone inside is happy and satisfied, both employees and customers. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: Easter Monday lunch The starters were all bland. Completely. The water wasn't exactly salty. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were overcooked and tasted of nothing. The dish was not touched, we pointed it out to the waitress, who however did not say a word, not even a sorry. We paid for everything, including the untouched dish. It was a bit of a disappointment, once upon a time the food was better.
