06/04/2024: Very good price/quality ratio, very suggestive environment inside the castle of Formigine. Very good food with traditional local menu and much more. It is also a wine shop, so wines galore. Very attentive staff who are constantly monitoring so that you don't miss anything, even too much 😅. The deor is directly adjacent to the park inside the castle, which is decidedly pleasant.

27/03/2024: Oscar-worthy tortelloni, ricotta that tasted like mascarpone! Tagliatelle with meat sauce good but not special. Tigelle so-so, good gnocco. Excellent cured meats. Varied wine cellar that I didn't expect. 30 euros with an encore of first courses, Tigelle gnocco and a taste of cod fritters, also good. Overall: definitely worth coming back!

24/01/2024: Place in the center of Fanano, nice environment. Courteous staff, very kind waitress. We had lunch as a couple, with a fasona tartare and polenta with sausage ragout. Both very good.

29/03/2024: Experience not up to expectations. I've definitely eaten better and spent less elsewhere. I really struggle to understand what the restaurant offers to justify the price. I didn't like the service. Not very empathetic and almost pissed off. I don't know what to say... it was an embarrassing evening... I will not return.

20/03/2024: I think management has changed... it's no longer the Dedalus it once was... I called for a 3 cheese pizza and a normal hamburger + take-away potato... and when I got to the checkout they presented me with a bill for €29!!! ...I tried to point out that they were wrong but there was nothing to be done and after 10 minutes at the checkout I decided to pay and leave otherwise I would also eat the cold pizza... It goes without saying that they won't screw me again... among other things, the pizza and hamburgers are nothing special... on the contrary... I've read reviews of the best hamburger in Sassuolo... never mind that it's better... . P.S. below they reply that I also took 2 cans of coke... it's absolutely not true... I took, as said above, a 3 cheese pizza + a potato + a very normal hamburger = €29... they probably made a mistake and gave me put at least €10 more I tried to explain it but there was nothing to be done... I saw the menu\price on JustEat...burger = €6...everyone can check...it's online...if the prices are incorrect, have them corrected or deleted or make an online menu where you can check them. ..anyway considering that the pizza was 6-7 euros and a potato 2 or 3 euros...to get to 29 euros the hamburger cost me around €20...I repeat...there was definitely a mistake. ..it fits...what doesn't fit is not correcting the mistake...anyway I think they won't make any more mistakes with me...and I don't think I'll be able to do much publicity... No thanks, for me it's closed here with Dedalus...I'm certainly not the son of 10 euros and in fact I paid and left...and I certainly won't come back...after among other things I was also accused of being arrogant for having only tried to point out an error... and I certainly won't be able to advertise much... on the contrary... and I'm sorry because years ago under the other management I was a regular Dedalus customer... but evidently the new management is a a little different...it fits...but it's not for me.

30/03/2024: Indispensable stop! A very pleasant discovery in Lama Mocogno. Young but very knowledgeable and kind staff. The food is of the highest quality! I recommend trying the polenta buttons and the potato and mushroom balls. The picanha is also delicious! We will definitely be back to try the desserts too!
