01/04/2024: But serious?? 36 euros for six cones of two flavors and not even abundant....Never again. Legalized theft. Then they ask you if you want the grain on the cone.... without specifying that it is at the modest price of 1.50!!

06/04/2024: What caught my attention was the size of the bread, as I passed through Cavour Street, I saw several people eating these snacks, I immediately wanted to try them. The attendant, who is Italian, is super attentive and friendly, and makes customers feel at ease, as she also speaks impeccable English. In the kitchen, very good organization and communication with the waitress, leaving the service very fast and with quality. In short, it's worth stopping for a meal.

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

19/03/2024: Given that we went to the Hostaria del pig on the recommendation of an acquaintance of ours. Quite varied menu, terrible service managed by very young waiters (interns), disoriented and unprofessional. We had to ask for bread several times, the cold cuts platter was good but served without the slightest explanation, the quality of the other dishes chosen was very poor. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

07/04/2024: Pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. We immediately felt comfortable. The food was delicious. The Stinco di Maiale was a large portion and very good. We'd love to come back

01/04/2024: We've been wanting to try it for a long time and found a place for dinner. Very traditional menu but what we had was really good: potato and truffle agnolotti, tagliolini with truffle (a large portion comes) and wild boar hunter style with baked potatoes. Last, but not least, the desserts: walnut cake with coffee cream and apple flan with vanilla cream, the latter superlative. The service was very attentive, punctual and helpful. We will return, perhaps in the summer to see the sunset. To try!

You can see that there is a search for details and careful attention to the choice of raw materials behind it. I've been there several times and every time it's an explosion of flavors and a personal treat! The environment and service also make the difference

22/03/2024: Welcomed by Monica's courtesy and kindness, in a warm and personal place, nothing is anonymous or left to chance. The dishes cooked with passion are exceptional, the braised crescents deserve 5 stars alone. And then what can I say... we tried various more traditional and more innovative dishes.... all excellent. All this at a more than adequate cost, I recommend this restaurant to everyone because it is a certainty!

02/04/2024: A fantastic restaurant. What about the staff: although tired, the professionalism is impeccable. Always kind, he makes you feel like a guest at home. A beautiful place emerging in the greenery of the Parma hills (Solignano) Menu. Fantastic we chose a different menu so we could taste everyone. The fried dumplings and the dumplings were something we hadn't eaten in years. So good. it was 11 years ago!! Yes, I have already been when our daughter was only 8 months old. Due to commitments it was not possible to go earlier. I have never forgotten how good I felt. Ha ha I haven't forgotten about the owner. Mrs. Gelsy this is for you. a sunny kindness made me change my mind that there are still managers who know how to do their job. Thanks for existing. In the kitchen with all the staff it becomes. 02/04/2024: I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must. Just read the top comments (all from tourists) and the negative comments (mostly from locals). I won't say the food was bad, I love all pasta from anywhere. The ravioli didn't taste any different than the ravioli you can get from the frozen food section at the supermarket and the bread was so bland. If you're coming all the way to Parma for food, this is not the place.
