04/04/2024: We come from Cuneo twice a year to supply cured meats and parmesan and have chosen this restaurant several times. Characteristic place that reminds us of the old trattoria. Nice menu of local cuisine. The anolini in third class broth are fantastic. The culatello served wasn't the best, too dry. The service needs to be reviewed, a smile and courtesy are always a sign of professionalism. Slightly high price.

then you can appreciate care, quality and mastery in the preparation and cooking of fish!
raw or cooked, you can never go wrong, in this place hidden from the streets a pearl of quality often appears.
I'm just sorry that my mood and personal situation didn't allow me to fully appreciate lunch😔but thank you for your understanding, professionalism and courtesy.
All seasoned with a great love for animals and art.
I hope to be able to return and complete that unfinished lunch...

26/03/2024: Historic restaurant, open for many years now, serving fresh fish.
A little out of the way, you have to get to know it as it is definitely not on a main road.
I'll start straight away with: don't expect service or an environment like a starred restaurant, because they aren't. They are definitely more "down to earth" and homely, which isn't a bad thing. Maybe a little too indulgent but the quality of the food is impeccable.
The fish is purchased directly every morning from the owner so there is no menu card. It varies from raw salmon, tuna, prawns... to grilled fish and shellfish, to fried foods, molluscs (raw oysters and mussels) and so on.
We returned after years and the quality has not dropped, just the portions slightly. Which is understandable anyway.
For those who write in the reviews that the gratinti (delicious) are cold, they are probably used to literally eating lava.
