10/03/2024: Small tavern, friendly staff and pleasant food.

25/02/2024: When it's called being a hospitality expert. Found via google, we arrived in the evening but they had all the tables booked for dinner. Seeing our sorry faces (we really didn't know where else to go) they took and cleared out a table next to the kitchen which they used for support. But after the excellent welcome... what ravioli!!! Really good lamb and roast beef. But the panna cotta with blackberries as a finish was sublime. Congratulations to all the staff

27/03/2024: Excellent service, quick arrival of the pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of pizzas and more. The desserts are much improved. The 4 stars and not 5 because the pizzas, in my opinion, should be a little more seasoned, or at least the management ask for an extra and relative garnish (right extra cost), in this way the customer has more customization for their own tastes . The place is new, but the soundproofing is not very efficient when the room is full, but this is a non-pizza discussion. On Saturday evenings it's packed, it's best to book, otherwise there's a long wait before a table becomes free.

17/03/2024: Nice environment. Friendly and competent staff. I was a guest, with a menu already defined. Traditional cuisine. The pumpkin tortelli are amazing. The green tortelli are delicious. Excellent cut and cooked perfectly. I can't rate the bill as others paid. Positive experience!

11/03/2024: Nice and welcoming place, the food is excellent, what I ate was good, the staff seems friendly and helpful. If it were possible, the room should be soundproofed with some panels, because if there are many of you, it is difficult to speak and hear. And the other thing, but there I didn't see where the bathroom for disabled people is, which there certainly is, because to go to the bathroom, you have to take a certain number of steps, therefore a freight elevator or on the floor, I think and hope there is. However, a place where I will return!!! Well done

09/03/2024: The best gluten-free bakery/pastry shop I have found so far, for some products (bread and breadsticks) they offer a delivery service to their locations in Reggio (where they only sell normal bread), very convenient for those like me who are not from Montecchio. Exceptional

01/03/2024: If we want to evaluate the quality of the products, there is nothing to say, the quality of the products is very high, pizza and Erbazzone are superlative. But you don't live on food alone, and you have to know how to relate to customers, and you sin egregiously in this regard. Dry, acidic answers, food hastily bagged even when there is no queue, little desire to explain even the filling of the croissants you have on the counter (a very simple distinction would have been enough even with just a tag) and demonstrations of disappointment even just for the rest. I can write this without hesitation since it is not the first time it has happened and not just to me, and it is not a particular person who can act as a scapegoat but it is the approach to customers that in my opinion needs to be reviewed. It's not enough to sell a product to work, knowing how to relate to customers has the same weight as the product you produce. It's certainly a tough job and one that I respect, but it's not possible to deal with people who always seem to do you a favor in serving you. I hope that this review can be food for thought, because it is from criticism that we grow, not from fake compliments
