11/02/2024: An unforgettable Sunday!!!!! It takes a while to get there but it's worth it. All based on mushrooms and truffles. The courses are countless. A riot of flavours. Then they come back if you want to do an encore. An experience that I recommend to everyone.

06/04/2024: The restaurant is located in the town, reachable on foot after a tour of the town, with convenient free parking nearby. As per tradition in the area, the food is divine, I recommend dishes with Fossa cheese, given the production area. Low prices, like a trattoria, impeccable service despite it being almost full. Excellent house wine Terrace overlooking the town..

09/03/2024: Disappointing experience with Sant'Agata Tartufi customer service I recently ordered 11 glasses of Crema Tartufola for a friend, and unfortunately, one of the glasses arrived broken. While the product itself is ok, my experience with customer service was disappointing. After contacting the seller and providing photographic evidence of the damaged product, I received a response stating that they had packaged the products as safely as possible and blaming the couriers for the damage. The message conveyed a lack of responsibility and understanding of the inconvenience caused. In my follow-up email, I acknowledged the challenges faced by couriers, but emphasized that sturdier packaging could potentially prevent such damage. I also expressed my preference for an immediate resolution, suggesting a refund of the amount corresponding to the damaged glass. Despite my efforts to establish a constructive dialogue, the seller's response was inattentive, offering only a discount for a future order. After requesting a credit note and providing my IBAN for a direct refund, the seller ceased all communication. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the issue in a timely manner is extremely disappointing. The overall customer service experience with Crema Tartufola was below expectations, making it difficult to recommend the store to others. I hope the seller can improve their communication and resolution ways to better serve their customers in the future. ---------- After this recession, I contacted the seller again using the same email addresses I had used in my previous conversations. And voilà, he responded and even made the refund I had asked for back in December. The product is good, but the service has room for improvement. I upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.
