17/02/2024: A small family restaurant, where you eat very well. And the ideal condiment is the friendliness of the waiters and the chef. Highly recommended.

12/02/2024: We came for lunch with my family and had a great time! The guys are extremely kind, helpful and prepared. The climate is comfortable and welcoming. The food was amazing, I highly recommend the pumpkin risotto and the tiramisu. Well done guys, most of the time simplicity pays off! Keep it up

30/12/2023: The hospitality of the owner and all the staff is certainly something special. The food? Amazing! The breakfast? Very good If we then consider that all this is in Sauris, it becomes really interesting. Well done and congratulations on how you work I update my review and, having returned to the Neider, I can only confirm everything! Kind, prepared, welcoming and always with lots of enthusiasm! 21/10/2023: I haven't tried the rooms, but I have doubts about their comfort. The refuge is a great place, both for those who need rest or help, and for those who want to taste some of the best polenta in the Alps.

30/03/2024: The Albergo Ristorante Morgenleit in Sauris was actually closed when we stopped by and asked for directions for our onward journey. When we saw how hungry and thirsty we were, a table was immediately set and we were given the finest snack. Thank you very much for that and gladly 5 stars.

29/01/2024: Sauris è nel nostro cuore da un bel po' di anni ,ma c'è chi supera se stesso in ogni particolare e in ogni sfumatura .parlo di loris e sua moglie alessia 2 persone meravigliose a dir poco .la cura dei piatti i sapori e la ricerca costante di nuove pietanze rende la cucina del morgenleit sublime. Ristorante consigliatissimo per mangiare cibo anche locale in modo raffinato e assaporare i veri gusti e la vera passione per la cucina.complimenti noi ci torneremo ...come sempre!!!

23/03/2024: Family-run hotel where you can feel pampered. The structure has been recovered and renovated, (I assume from an old house that already existed in the 19th century) it does not have many rooms but for this reason it has an extra added value. The breakfasts are excellent (both sweet and savory) and are prepared by them (artisanal cakes, jams, honey, juices and coffee) and if you want there is the possibility of having dinner with truly typical dishes (the only place that made us try truly typical dishes and not the usual things found elsewhere). In the evening, after dinner or on your return, I recommend you stop for a chat or a game of cards in front of the fireplace, perhaps sipping one of their delicious grappas.... And then perhaps, go out to admire the stars outside the room's balcony . Fantastic, you will sleep like heaven Unfortunately we didn't find any snow, but there is a magnificent view of the mountains and the lake below
