01/10/2023: Con le mie due figlie, ogni tanto, pranziamo "giapponese" e ci piace provare i vari locali, quindi abbiamo voluto testare "l'erede" del Tensei (dove abbiamo sempre mangiato bene) e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Tutto buono, ottimi ingredienti e cottura, ottimo anche il crudo, impiattato con cura, ma soprattutto (per me che bado al contenuto) i migliori involtini primavera ed i migliori ravioli della città. Inoltre il personale è stato gentilissimo

21/02/2024: terrible experience had on Valentine's Day... Reservation at 9.30pm, we go there at 9.23pm and we are told "it's still too early, come later". (The table for two was free) Okay, let's go out, wait, come back at 9.30pm and without even saying goodbye the girl beckons us to follow her and sit at the same table that we had seen free 7 minutes earlier... okay let's move on. He takes over at around 9.40pm, we order the dishes and drinks, the water and a glass are served to us after a quarter of an hour. the first courses arrive at 10.15pm...that is, simple wakame and tempura prawns. It's absurd to wait so long for such banal dishes, but after these we are completely abandoned for three long quarters of an hour in which not even the shadow of the rolls! the other people in the room continued to order and receive dishes except us! when the girl asked for explanations about such long waiting times, she replied with "OH OK, SOMEONE HAS ARRIVED" we ask them not to prepare the missing dishes anymore because it was really late, but by chance the dishes start to arrive and one of them is even given to us at the checkout to TAKE AWAY in order to make us pay for it! Rudeness reigns supreme in that place! never again, this happens when you get too big in your head... P.S. At least he had to bring the glass of wine with the first course as it had become very hot. Terrible, really

09/12/2023: Seconda recensione a distanza di 6 anni . Il miglior locale dove mangiare sushi a Cjrotone e provincia . Rapporto qualità prezzo top, pesce freschissimo, tempura eccezionale. Dopodiché armatevi di santa pazienza : tempi di attesa infiniti , cameriera proprietaria lenta/ inospitale/ ansiogena/rigida/mai un sorriso . Metto 4 stelle perché è difficile trovare un posto dove si mangia meglio , e basterebbe veramente un pò di autocritica da parte della proprietaria per fare il salto di qualità.

30/03/2024: The location on google maps is wrong, we had to call to understand where the place was, going half way around Catanzaro. Very kind staff, from the welcome to the description of the dishes but service a little slow given the few seats. The tempura was very good with the banana sauce, but the sushi was very disappointing. The uramaki with fried prawn and spring onion were good, but the platter made by the chef was a disaster. Unfortunately none of the uramaki were spot on. They were simply all the same base, with random ingredients placed on top like onion and pesto. I'm sorry to say it but they were competing with simple all-you-can-eat uramaki, and paying 50 euros for them is madness. There is no comparison with wasabi, the quality/price ratio is too poor and in terms of taste and ingredients it is a cut above. I hope it was a bad day for the chef, but I have to say that if I hadn't had the 50% discount with the fork my review would have been very different.

28/03/2024: Unexpected menu increase. Be careful because it's a routine. We felt robbed and the clerk at the checkout with an arrogant and not at all friendly attitude did not acknowledge our point out the obvious error. Absolutely to be avoided.
