23/02/2024: It is the third time we have come to dine in this restaurant and we have always had a great time, especially for the quality of the raw materials and the combinations in the dishes. Unfortunately this evening, beyond the fact that the nigiri combinations were less elaborate than previous occasions, the sushi rice was a little raw than usual.
I hope you accept this review not as a criticism of the restaurant and that it was simply a mistake.

18/11/2023: Il cibo è buono come sempre, il pesce è fresco e lucido e non ha odore. Consiglio per una serata di cibo e chiacchiere. Il personale un pò freddo ma molto disponibile e pronti a dare il massimo. Mentre l'ambiente è ben gestito e i colori rendono l'atmosfera accogliente. Da tornarci!

27/02/2024: I order a surprise box from too good to go. Pickup time starts at 10.15pm. At 10.11pm I'm in the car hungry heading to the place when I get a notification: your order has been cancelled. What else to add?! 4 minutes notice, really unfair, a place that will never see me again!
20/02/2024: Excellent experience, everything perfect even on a Sunday lunch with a full house.

03/04/2024: I went with my little one... they were very kind to him and above all patient and friendly, 3 year olds get bored quickly! We ate very well at Alba, it's the only one where I feel comfortable eating! I love the roll with cheese they make 😍
28/03/2024: Nice underground place, shame about the quality of the food: rubbery rice, fish that is anything but fresh and overall "all smoke and no roast" preparations.
Another sore point is the staff... they treated us inappropriately and didn't allow me to place my order.
Below average food, staff without the concept of how to treat a customer and excessive cost (for them Wednesday is a holiday)... draw your own conclusions but we are unlikely to return

25/03/2024: Even though it is very far away for us, we go there as we don't know any other all you can eat options that have some of the things on the Fujiyama Saluzzo menu. It is a quiet place, where you eat very well. Advised!
11/03/2024: Good sushi, all-you-can-eat quality, superior to places that offer wok menus and the like. The place is nice and tidy with modern furnishings, one flaw is the service with paper orders with number/quantity, which complicates things a lot in both large and small groups. (I hope they can invest in modernizing this aspect)
