09/03/2024: Excellent raw fish. The waiter asked us if we wanted to add more to our raw fish without pointing out the disproportionate price it would have had. Basically we took a 10 piece raw fish and by adding two red prawns it cost us the same as a 20 piece raw fish. If he had told us I would have taken the 20 piece raw ham directly and I would have left happier. Plus the spaghetti with vegetables and prawns and the rice that looked like risotto were truly below any Japanese restaurant. Atmosphere and rawness are the only positive note.

As soon as you open the entrance door, you are surrounded by refined and persuasive music (chill-out & lounge oriented) that caresses you, gently, and envelops you for the entire duration of the evening. The lights, always soft and warm, make the minimal-oriental environment absolutely pleasant. The welcome, polite and very friendly, by Paolo and Alice, immediately puts anyone at ease. As soon as you enter, you immediately glimpse the confident and professional figure of chef Pierangelo Sartor at the console; a few words of introduction and the journey towards Saturn begins, without hesitation, without hesitation: one surprise follows another, with strokes of genius, unexpected and very welcome. The chef studies, researches, experiments, tests, after more than ten years he continues to amaze, continues to surprise, the wait for the next dish turns into trepidation, followed by a total joy of the eyes and the palate. The winning feature is the entréè. and of all the other dishes that you can observe photographed, above, it's the following: you can't finish a tasting, you immediately wish you could repeat it (every dinner becomes like an exam, passed with top marks, that you always want to do again). At the end the spectacular red mullet is served; it falls within the area (...and not only) yes, because in addition to sushi & raw there are also other solutions, always cutting-edge and with an enormous taste impact. ...doing ordinary things in an extraordinary way, with a strong Human Touch.... this is one of YU's winning secrets.
15/01/2024: YU, sushi & crudo (e non solo) da più di una decade segna la via delle migliori degustazioni, in questo ambito, per gli specialisti del settore. non appena si apre la porta, d'ingresso, si viene avvolti da una musica ricercata e suadente, (chill-out & lounge oriented) che ti accarezza, dolcemente, e ti avvolge per l'intera durata della serata. le luci, sempre soffuse e calde, rendono l'ambiente minimal-oriental di assoluto gradimento. l'accoglienza, garbata e molto friendly, targata Paolo Sartor e Alice Guerrieri, mette subito a proprio agio chiunque. appena entrati, si intravvede, immediatamente, alla consolle la figura, sicura e professionale, dello chef Pierangelo Sartor; poche parole di presentazione ed il viaggio verso Saturno inizia, senza indugi, senza esitazioni: una sorpresa segue l'altra, con dei colpi di genialità, inaspettati e graditissimi lo chef studia, ricerca, sperimenta, collauda, dopo più di dieci anni continua a stupirci, continua a sorprenderci, l'attesa, per il piatto successivo, si trasforma in trepidazione, seguita da una gioia totale degli occhi e del palato. la caratteristica vincente sia delle entrée. sia di tutti gli altri piatti, è la seguente: non si riesce a terminare un assaggio, che subito si vorrebbe poterlo ripetere (ogni cena diventa come un esame, riuscito col massimo de voti, che vorresti sempre rifare) Cito solo due portate sopra categoria: -salmone fumante: ad oggi non ho mai assaggiato qualcosa di simile, qualcosa di così prezioso, indimenticabile (alzo l'asticella, sottolineando che mi manca quello di Frantzen a Stoccolma e quello di Salmon Eye in Norvegia) -sushi special: ogni boccone è oro, oro colato, il valore dell'oro è fuori discussione ogni boccone è un prezioso momento, veloce ma incancellabile ogni boccone è come un gioiello raro, destinato a brillare per alcuni istanti Alla fine viene servita la triglia, spettacolare; Rientra nell'area (...e non solo) si, perchè oltre al sushi & crudo ci sono anche altre solutions, sempre d'avanguardia e di enorme impatto gustativo. ...fare cose ordinarie in modo straordinario, con uno spiccato Human Touch.... 15/03/2024: Nice and intimate location with soft lights, at least where we were. Food quality not bad but dishes often cold. They got the deliveries wrong several times, bringing us double dishes. Overall it's not bad but there is definitely better, in my opinion.

Very varied dishes and all freshly prepared ranging from meat to fish, from first courses to sushi. Friendly service, but a little slow. Prices a little high, but quality food & drink. P.S. in the center there is the Z.T.L. so you have to park outside at the two entrances facing west or east.
25/02/2024: Non ero mai stata in questo ristorante ma sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita sia dalla location che dalla qualità del cibo servito. Si sente che il pesce è fresco e la qualità della materia prima elevata. Personale gentile e veloce. Lo consiglio per cena. Se capitasse che dovessi tornare in zona ci tornerei volentieri.

24/03/2024: Nice place and I can't say I ate badly but if I go out to dinner at a restaurant I would like to sit comfortably not on some kind of backless puff!!! Prices are medium-high and the position is on the put with obvious parking difficulties.
17/03/2024: Mediocre food that certainly doesn't stand out from the average except for the excessively high prices. €13 for a tartare that had 40 grams of tuna and 60 grams of rice... which shouldn't be in a tartare. Paper placemat and napkin, disposable wooden chopsticks, greasy and crumpled menus certainly do not improve the location. The service was shameful, dishes ordered by different diners were brought in bulk on a single tray, one diner waited 20 minutes for his first order while the others were already halfway through dinner, he asked the waiters several times for information on the order who promptly disappeared without ever no longer reappear... after half an hour of waiting at the end of dinner we still had empty plates on the table. We got up without ordering any other dishes, much less dessert. Having made these observations at the checkout we were given a half-hearted apology and a large discount of ZERO euros. Personally I won't go back there again.

04/04/2024: I thought it was only Japanese cuisine but instead I found a large amount of Asian dishes. Good quality and great service. I appreciate ordering with an iPad which in this type of restaurant helps speed up service. I recommend it for the variety, quality and quantity.
12/03/2024: Nice relaxing and elegant environment to eat with the consolidated "eat all you can eat" formula that many Chinese and pseudo-Japanese restaurants offer. It is advisable to look carefully at what is and is not included in the formula, which is abundant and rich. Using the tablets, present on each table, you can consult the quantities, types of dishes, ingredients, allergenic contents, extra costs not included, etc. The dishes are tasty, there is no shortage of sushi, the soups are tasty and very welcome especially on cold days; the different teas are also recommended. Of course there is no shortage of drinks and there are also high quality wines. My gratitude goes to the dynamic young staff, always ready to move and collect the empty dishes and kind in offering you any information.

18/02/2024: We booked an already paid dinner and added 3 dishes by paying for them à la carte. They served us a plate of salt and pepper prawns at a cost of €6 where the portion was paltry. They got the calculation wrong by continuing to claim it was correct and then correcting themselves. We asked for the lucky girl's biscuits and they were finished! Maybe there was a lot of influx but it would be good to improve these aspects. Still good food and place.
