03/04/2024: Suddenly finding yourself in a different place than usual to spend an impromptu Easter lunch and have delicious food from a person who has plenty of experience (at an unparalleled quality-price ratio) is truly magnificent. Every dish was delicious.. all freshly cooked and above all recommended by the Chef.... as if we were at home 😍. Mouth-watering cured meats. And a welcome with a small non-alcoholic drink. 👍 Highly recommended P.s We were 11 people, all of whom were satisfied 💯💯

This is not a criticism but an appreciation from the customer. The dishes must be a little more in quantity than their portion, because I have a good appetite. .

06/03/2024: Truly exceptional place, very characteristic and welcoming structure, especially the internal part. Very kind and helpful staff, a truly excellent welcome. Really delicious food, from starters to dessert. We tasted almost all the first courses: all exceptional (praise for the wild boar ragù, never tasted so good). The second courses are also very good, from meat to smoked provola, as are the side dishes and desserts. Excellent prices: around €30/32 first course, second side dish and dessert. I have to say we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Among the curves of the old state road that leads from Pietrelcina to Pesco Sannita (for those who are motorcyclists like me, a non-negligible detail), there is the "tasty" Trattoria da Michele. The location is very pretty and the stone walls complete the already friendly welcome of the owner, Michele. The culinary experience unfolds through simple dishes, prepared with skill and with excellent raw materials. In particular, we appreciated the fettuccine, sausage and porcini mushrooms, but even more so the truffle tonnarelli, whose aroma takes you back for a moment to the typical Umbrian villages. The second courses are no less, both the grilled lamb, but the house specialty is truly remarkable: the sliced ​​beef, cooked in different ways. We concluded lunch with homemade desserts, all "washed down" by an excellent local red wine. Ah, I forgot: bruschetta as an "aperitif" is truly appetizing. We will definitely return to Michele and recommend it to everyone!!!

12/03/2024: We've been here many times, like weddings, first communion and baptism. And It's always a good experience when we eat at this place. The bathroom is also newly renovated so it's a plus. Big parking lot. And if you want to use the outdoor space, they have a beautiful swimming pool. Highly recommended for quality and great value for money.

23/12/2023: Nulla da dire sul cibo, menù particolare e buono....peccato che dopo un'ora siamo state elegantemente invitate a lasciare il tavolo entro 5 minuti per dare spazio ad altri in attesa (avevamo ancora il vino nel calice)... l'ho trovato molto scortese, non eravamo state neanche preavvisate.

17/03/2024: I was at this restaurant for lunch on Saturday 3/16. I confirm all the positive reviews 100%, both for the location and for the dishes. The structure is very suggestive because it seems like you are in a noble residence from another era surrounded by agricultural tools and furnishings of the time. The food was great. We enjoyed the appetizer with multiple and tasty courses, accompanied by exceptional bread. I can't comment on the very inviting first courses because we didn't take them, moving directly to the mixture of grilled meat plus a side of baked potatoes. In my opinion, the potatoes were excellent and the meat cooked well and very tasty. Finally, we ordered some ice cream and a S. Giuseppe zeppola, which, unlike the one I usually eat, was garnished both externally and internally with abundant cream flavored with Strega liqueur. After all, we are in the province of Benevento! The prices are perfectly in line with what you eat. We will definitely be back.

26/02/2024: Siamo entrati in questo locale dopo aver visitato il centro, nessun menù su carta, solo tre primi e tre secondi si potevano scegliere. Inoltre antipasto + burrata ( la burrata pagata a parte e non compresa nell'antipasto 10 €) e 2 primi, un calice di vino 12€ e una bottiglia d'acqua. 85€ Inoltre ci hanno offerto amaro, il ragazzo ha chiesto che tipo di liquore ( limoncello, meloncello o altro) il proprietario al ragazzo ha detto portagli la grappa. È stato molto maleducato perché non abbiamo potuto scegliere il liquore che volevamo. Non tornerò più prezzo carissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato.
