25/02/2024: In occasione di una mostra presso la fiera di Sora ho selezionato questa osteria invogliato dalle ottime recensioni lette, dal menu e anche dall'ambiente che, in foto, risulta accogliente e fatto con gusto. Bene oggi ci sono stato e confermo tutto. Ambiente molto accogliente, personale disponibile e garbato ottimo il cibo ottima la carta dei vini! Il titolare una persona cordialissima e molto ospitale. Prezzi normali, ovvero più che giusti considerando la qualità del prodotto offerto. Mi permetto solo di suggerire una maggiore velocità nel servizio (abbiamo atteso circa un'ora per avere l'antipasto e ancora un'ora per gustare una squisitissima carne) e una maggiore velocità nello sbarazzare i tavoli che man mano si liberano. Non è un piacere continuare a stare a tavola ed avere intorno tanti tavoli pieni di tutto quello che resta alla fine di un pranzo (comprese bottiglie, bicchieri, stoviglie e avanzi di cibo lasciato nei piatti.). La mia critica è solo a fin di bene, con qualche piccolo accorgimento è veramente un posto da 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo

10/03/2024: Il locale è delizioso, pulito, accogliente e curato in ogni particolare. Persino il bagno merita un'occhiata per quanto è bello e ben tenuto. Ho assaggiato gli antipasti presenti nel menù, tutti ottimi, e gli gnocchi con ragù bianco di bufalo, eccellenti. La cordialità del personale di sala costituisce il valore aggiunto del ristorante. L'attenzione genuina ai clienti da parte della proprietaria/sommelier, infine, è ciò che fa venire voglia di arrampicarsi di nuovo e presto nel paesino di Castro dei Volsci per farsi coccolare in questo ristorante

The two of us ate an excellent seafood starter (5/6 hot and cold courses) of excellent workmanship and excellent quality, four second courses: sliced ​​calamari, a crazy sea bass in clam ragout, fried calamari and raw scampi, all washed down with a excellent müller turgau. 01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

21/02/2024: Lo consiglio molto volentieri, piccola Osteria ma molto famigliare, Pompeo il proprietario è molto simpatico e cortese, cibo ottimo e sempre con varianti specialmente con gli antipasti, veramente ottimo.

31/03/2024: Una eccellenza nel centro storico di Casalvieri. Porzioni più che abbondanti ma soprattutto qualità dei prodotti utilizzati e maestria nel lavorarli. Primi di ogni genere e grande selezione di carni. Vino della casa eccellente ma anche cantina fornita con bottiglie di un certo livello. Il locale è una dimora storica che offre lo spunto per conoscere le tradizioni e la storia della Ciociaria più segreta. Per noi che amiamo la cucina tipica e i sapori del territorio, è un posto in cui non possiamo fare a meno di tornare periodicamente. Consigliato vivamente.

19/03/2024: Che dire, strepitosa sorpresa. Ristorantino medioevale arredato con cura, una calda stufa a pellet a riscaldare l'ambiente, il personale che ci ha accolti in modo semplicemente famigliare quindi apprezzatissimo per poi mangiare veramente molto bene ad un prezzo più che onesto. Ci torneremo ed intanto consiglio di andarci

Rather original combinations that meet the pleasure of the palate. Every time you would like to take everything from the appetizer to the dessert but you have to restrain yourself because the dishes are abundant. Congratulations for your professionalism maintained over time.

05/04/2024: We were in traffic and so we decided to go and eat something in Ferentino. This restaurant was a very pleasant, welcoming surprise, family run, with surprising attention to the quality of the food and the combination and balance of flavours. All delicious with a good quality/price ratio and an excellent cellar. We will definitely be back.

12/03/2024: Having happened by chance some time ago for an informal dinner, we had a great time and decided to celebrate our baby's baptism here with an excellent result. After some time, last week we chose this place again for our daughter's 18th, and what can I say this time too they didn't disappoint. Excellent quality of food, excellent service, elegant and beautiful location also ideal for the photo shoot, the friendly and professional waiters, Domenico and Rossella (the owners) simply unique and available, they helped us in choosing the menu, best recommended for the organization of the evening and they were always present with their smile throughout the party, they also advised us to make a buffet of desserts and fruit which was original and greatly appreciated by the guests. The price? a real surprise, in other places we would certainly have spent almost double. Another positive note, the cleanliness of the place, definitely remarkable! What to say? For us it is now a fixed point and a guarantee, and obviously we highly recommend it.

Dal momento in cui varchi la soglia, ti accolgono con un sorriso caloroso e una gentilezza senza pari. Si dedicano con passione e attenzione ad ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che ogni cliente si senta coccolato e apprezzato. La loro disponibilità nel soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti contribuisce a rendere gli eventi presso il ristorante unici e indimenticabili.

01/04/2024: We decided to spend Easter 2024 in this beautiful structure. Expectations were high, given the photos and reviews on the web. They were all satisfied, indeed, even more! Lovely place, super friendly staff, every corner was super clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. Pet Friendly Structure 🐶 . In the room we also found bowls for our dog ❤️. The restaurant located inside the structure is not only very welcoming (beautiful, with a unique atmosphere), but also very good! Prices in line with the structure. 31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.
