01/04/2024: The food is great, the place is magical, the service is excellent. The dishes are fine served are accompanied by an explanation of the ingredients used and how to prepare them. I highly recommend this place.

14/03/2024: I piatti sono eccezionali: presentazione ottima, abbinamenti azzeccatissimi e ben studiati e un gusto sorprendente. Nota d’onore per l’aperitivo, veramente gustoso e ben presentato! Il somelier, ben preparato e cortese, ci ha proposto degli abbinamenti corretti e ben pensati. I camerieri cordiali e professionali; un servizio così curato lo si trova raramente, anche in ristoranti di un certo livello. Il locale é veramente curato, i tavoli sono ampi e ben distanziati, la sala é luminosa, ma intima e molto apprezzabile é la cucina a vista. Il prezzo é in linea con l’esperienza e le materie prime offerte. PS: nonostante la mia intolleranza al glutine, mi hanno permesso di gustare gli stessi piatti proposti dal menù, apportando le dovute modifiche. Il personale era veramente preparato, il che é stato molto apprezzato.

13/03/2024: Vorrei condividere la mia bellissima e indimenticabile esperienza che ho vissuto nel ristorante Villa Naj, è stata una vera emozione aver provato un menu stellato del genere in un ambiente che ti lascia senza fiato. Il servizio impeccabile, i ragazzi della sala cordiali e disponibili per farti sentire più a tuo agio possibile, sempre attenti e mai invadenti, descrizione dettagliata dal primo piatto che ti viene servito all’ultimo. Entusiasmante esperienza con lo chef Dario Fisichella, le sue creazioni sposano alla perfezione tradizione per la terra dalla quale proviene e innovazione; piatti meravigliosi con materie prime di altissima qualità. Molto attento ai dettagli cordiale,presente e genuino con la clientela. È stato tutto perfetto!!! Grazie della fantastica esperienza che ci avete fatto passare!!

31/03/2024: A name, a definition: Righini never contradicts himself! For a Righini 2.0 experience I went with the family for Easter, I'll just tell you that we came out rolling! I had already been there a few times as a child and nothing has changed! From the food, always excellent, to the friendly and helpful staff, I wouldn't change a thing! Highly recommended!

15/03/2024: Purtroppo la ristorazione di qualità a mortara e dintorni offre bene poco. Alla Guallina però si stà sempre bene, è una certezza, la fraquento da anni, e quando voglio degustare l'oca qui è il posto giusto! Ospitalità e professionalità sono la carta vincente della Guallina. Ottima anche la lista vini, e prezzi adeguati ai prodotti offerti. Quindi se vi trovate nei paraggi di Mortara e vi viene la voglia d'oca, consiglio vivamente.

17/02/2024: Mi sono recato ieri sera con la mia famiglia ed il mio pelosetto. Non è la prima volta che frequento questo ristorante anche se NON posso essere considerato un habitue' (vado 2-3 volte/anno). Ieri sera ottima l'accoglienza sia ne nostri confronti che nei confronti del "peloso" a cui hanno immediatamente (e senza sollecito) servito una ciotola di acqua fresca, segno che comunque sono estremamente attenti. Dopo qualche minuto di studio del menu abbiamo ordinato. Gradevolissima la "amuse bouche" servita. Ottimi gli antipasti che hanno soddisfatto occhi e palato. In due abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al burro con i frutti di mare che si sono rivelate spettacolari, anche il San Pietro è stato molto apprezzato. Abbiamo terminato la cena con due dessert ed i caffe accompagnati dalla piccola pasticceria offerta. Degno di nota il pane (fatto da loro) assolutamente superlativo. Abbiamo cenato con due Gin Tonic (a noi ogni tanto piace), nonostante siano dotati di una cantina ottimamente fornita. conto adeguato alla location, al servizio ed alla qualità dei piatti. Ho trovato anche adeguato il tempo di "attesa" (magari accorciabile di 5 min, se si vuole fare i pignoli), infatti in totale la cena è durata due ore che trovo essere un tempo piu che accettabile per godersi una bella serata in una bella location ed in buona compagnia. Grazie alla signora che si è nuovamente dimostrata estremamente gentile, grazie all'attento cameriere che ci ha serviti e "coccolati" tutta la sera e grazie allo chef, veramente gentile! E' stata veramente una bella serata .

17/03/2024: From the outside you almost don't notice it but inside you will find a "gastronomic club"... traditional dishes, local ingredients, hospitality and competence. Very good! I recommend trying the braised ravioli, a delicacy. And make a reservation as there are only about thirty seats.

12/03/2024: Excellent raw materials enhanced by not too elaborate preparations that allow them to be fully appreciated. Courteous and competent staff, I have not had (yet) the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space, which (I am told) is as comfortable and welcoming as the inside. Very rewarding castonomic experience.

17/03/2024: Going to dinner in this place is equivalent to having a wonderful EXPERIENCE! Very refined dishes and flavors that you will remember in the days following your visit here! I'm not from Pavia but I will definitely return to try the delights found in these bistros. Furthermore, I have celiac disease and I found so many gluten-free options that I was spoiled for choice (starting from the starters and ending with the dessert). The icing on the cake: the owner has something extra! SUPER SUPER RECOMMENDED!
