Provare per credere! Abbiamo provato dall'antipasto al dolce, passando per un lagrein ottimo durante la cena ed un moscato gentilmente offerto per il dolce in occasione del mio compleanno. Locale raccolto, intimo ma informale, presidio slow food, con attenzione ai dettagli, ed estrema cura del cliente da parte del personale. Spiegazione ad ogni piatto, molto gradita, da parte del proprietario, che spicca per competenza ed empatia. ..che dire, consigliato è dire poco, per chi vuole un'esperienza unica per il palato, coinvolgendo anche il senso della vista oltre che quello del gusto! 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🥰🥰😍😍

04/01/2024: A young chef with starred experience, and a desire to experiment and change menus often, also following seasonality... the result is excellent and beyond all expectations!! Seeing is believing! We tried from the appetizer to the dessert, including an excellent lagrein during dinner and a moscato kindly offered for dessert on the occasion of my birthday. Cozy place, intimate but informal, slow food presence, with attention to detail, and extreme customer care on the part of the staff. Explanation for each dish, very welcome, from the owner, who stands out for his competence and empathy. ..what can I say, recommended is an understatement, for those who want a unique experience for the palate, also involving the sense of sight as well as that of taste! TOP!

01/04/2024: Excellent experience for Easter lunch with fixed menu. Genuine and 0 km ingredients, well valorised and perfectly cooked. A few carelessness here and there that can happen (I found the glass stained with lipstick when I arrived and a hair on the lamb). Beyond that, it's definitely worth a second visit!

They also welcomed a Beagle who was traveling with us for a small fee. Stay to repeat. The hotel's location is excellent in both winter and summer

01/04/2024: Being here was like living in a fairly tale! Everything was just perfect!! Great food experience... every single dish was made with care and enanched the taste of the local products. Staff was super kind... Enrico is a true gentleman and his family just lovely. Hotel has a great view on the area, rooms really nice and very clean. Spa equipped with jacuzzi, sauna and sun shower was marvellous!!! We'll definitely be back in autumn to admire the foliage!

27/03/2024: We found the place quite by accident, actually walking in from the street. As it turned out, it was the perfect ending to the day in Pitigliano. All delicious dishes, served in the waning rays of the Tuscan sun. The location of the tables next to the viewing terrace is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo che a richiesta ha abbassato un pochino il volume di una musica peraltro di gran classe. Menu con piatti tutti molto gustosi e grande attenzione riguardo al condimento che viene concordato nei minimi particolari. Cucina espresso ma contemporaneamente veloce. Prezzi nella fascia medio-alta ma giustificati dalla qualità del cibo. Insomma promosso a pieni voti...

03/03/2024: Sono Grossetano da generazioni, appassionato di ristorazione, solitamente molto critico. Credetemi se vi dico che qui abbiamo a che fare con uno dei ristoranti più piacevoli che abbiamo al momento in città. Tante accortezze. Proprietari gentilissimi ed incredibilmente professionali. Descrizione di ogni piatto nel dettaglio e con passione. Locale grazioso. Tranquillo. Illuminazione rilassante. Cibo veramente delizioso. E vorrei spendere una nota di merito anche sull’accompagnamento musicale: playlist azzeccatissima ad un volume tutt’altro che invadente. Professionisti veri. Bravi. Fidatevi: se siete indecisi, sarà senz’altro una delle migliori scelte che possiate fare.
