18/02/2024: Old time pizzeria with a mixed style. It was a little chilly in the room where the fireplace is. The fried appetizer is also not too obvious and banal. Good pizzas made well and cooked to perfection, even the toppings are good and balanced. The amber leffe drawn so-so is good. Ample parking.

Clienti di vecchia data, abbiamo prenotato per 14 persone, circa un mese prima dell'evento che ci riguardava, segnalando la presenza di una "erbivora" e la scelta di menu alla carta. Non credo sia stato un minimo "ritardo" degli ospiti a creare una assoluta disorganizzazione nel servizio, nel cibo presentato e nella modalità assolutamente fuori tono per un ristorante. L'erbivora è stata dimenticata ed ha rimediato un piattino di insalata, Gli altri 13 hanno dovuto accontentarsi di quello che la cucina, assolutamente in crisi, è riuscita a trovare non soddisfacendo comunque le richieste dei commensali. Purtroppo, non sarà più un punto di riferimento per una giornata godereccia . Se non siete in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di un locale pieno, evitate di raccogliere prenotazioni ovvero preoccupatevi di rifornire appieno la cucina.

06/04/2024: Very well looked after place, but at the same time not excessively formal. Bright and welcoming environment, quality food; I gave 3 stars to the service because, although there weren't many of us in the room, the dishes arrived at a distance from each other with a really long wait time. Furthermore, an hour passed before we could eat the ordered pizza. Maybe because it was Easter Monday? I want to give the benefit of the doubt...the staff is however attentive and precise. Apart from this, very good pizza dough, even the wholemeal one and desserts with original combinations: I recommend the pistachio semifreddo with mango on top! Prices are slightly higher than elsewhere, but the value for money is good. The internal parking is excellent and the view you can enjoy is beautiful (in summer obviously).

03/04/2024: We went yesterday with my family and a couple of friends! I had the pasta with fantastic pistachio cream!! My husband had the steak very soft and succulent! And the others the pizza, very full and tasty!! The environment is intimate, the staff is very courteous and Stefano is the heart of the place because he welcomes you, explains to you and makes you feel at home! At the end they give a small envelope with the discount to use next time!! We will return and recommend to everyone!!! Compliments!!

10/02/2024: Pessima esperienza: entriamo in due, pub mezzo vuoto, invece di darci un tavolo già apparecchiato ci mettono in un angolo lontano e scomodo della seconda sala, con casse enormi casse appoggiate lì affianco. Chiedo perché non potevamo metterci nella sala principale, visto che era quasi vuoto il locale, e ci dicono che sono tutti prenotati. Vabbè. Ci sediamo un po' dubbiosi, ci viene presentato un QR code per il menù, chiediamo uno cartaceo e con sorriso di sufficienza ci viene detto "è la tecnologia". Per me è inconcepibile: posso avere il tel scarico, non mi va di stare al telefono quando vado a mangiare una pizza con un amico, odio i QR code, può non prendere. Trattati così, ci alziamo e ce ne andiamo altrove.

04/04/2024: Suggestive and rustic location immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani. A few km from Rome it can be reached along the Via dei Laghi. From the large and structured garden, if the day is clear, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Lake Albano Laziale in the distance. Large car park at the entrance. Upon entering we are attracted by several vintage kitchen objects and furniture and by a fridge displaying quantities of enormous steaks. The plan that is sometimes set is beautiful... Menu with a choice of first courses, meat and pinsa, accompanied by beer and a variety of wines. The dishes were good, but the wait was really too long! Courteous and professional staff. Better to book.

02/04/2024: Beautiful place and excellent service, and I must say that up to the starters they also convinced me. Unfortunately the first DISASTROUS ones. Raw amatriciana sauce with the stewed bacon in the middle and the pasta evidently pre-cooked and therefore not uniform, a similar problem for the risotto with porcini mushrooms which had very little risotto but more closely resembled a combination of white rice and a preparation with freeze-dried porcini mushrooms. Ragu acceptable although once again a little behind in cooking. White lasagna OK, go. Finally Gnocchi completely ruined and floury, inedible. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt because it was Easter Monday and therefore the place was a bit crowded, but I think that if you have to work badly it's better to stay closed, as days like this bring reviews of this type and MAYBE and I mean MAYBE in general you could don't deserve them. For the rest, the guys in the room and also the room itself were impeccable and this should be rewarded.

06/04/2024: Everything is good, everything is nice, a tasty menu and fantastic chefs. I would see it again just a little. The service is always ready to take away your plate even though there is food inside. For the rest, an excellent restaurant.
