Not to mention the chef's first course... pork cheek with excellent grand manner caviar!! A butter... what a delight. Very nice owner! We will definitely be back

24/03/2024: We were very satisfied with the dinner, both for the environment and obviously for the cuisine. Really very good starters, in addition to the meatballs (in the photo) we also had the trio of polenta and the aubergine pie, one better than the other. Truffled carbonara good but perhaps a little too seasoned for my tastes, I preferred the classic carbonara. Still recommended.

31/03/2024: A pearl in Valmontone. Since we discovered it it has become and will continue to be a fixed stop. Delicious dishes, friendly and competent staff and a warm and welcoming environment. Chef Sonia and Chef Riccardo pamper you as if you were their child from start to finish and their humanity is on par with their level in the kitchen (this alone would be enough to describe the room level). The tasting menus they offer weekly and during special occasions are one better than the other. Treat yourself and try one of their experiences, you won't regret it!

30/03/2024: We went on Friday evening for a 25 euro aperitif with a glass of wine but then we wanted to add another course. Everything was delicious and with prices appropriate to the quality of things. Even the simple cod made an impression

15/02/2024: Hi, at Collina you can eat excellent pizza, not a great variety but those offered on the menu offer the palate the right and delicious taste with good and fragrant fried starters, fresh cut ham served with soft and juicy mozzarella. Fair price as usual. The restaurant has a view of the intersection between the Valmontone, Cave and Genazzano roads. In the space in front of the entrance in the summer period you can enjoy a resort-type swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrella, the area is high up and therefore away from traffic noise.

25/02/2024: For years I haven't tasted the duality of handmade fettuccine... cordoselle at times, but delicate like the first rays of dawn.. But here in Valmontone and in the Ciociaria, my aunt, my grandmother, my mother, they all cook like this. But if you come to the "Olio, sale e pepe" restaurant you lose the bet! The best cook is here, she cooks just like my aunt Italia Schina. I'm touched, so many memories, thank you! Stefania Schina

25/02/2024: Ci sono stata varie volte ed ho sempre trovato tutto squisito. La mia passione è il risotto della foto con vari ingredienti che si distinguono e ti conquistano,tanto che quasi ogni volta che ci vado lo ordino. Ottimi anche i tortelli, i vari antipasti e super il carré d'agnello, da leccarsi i baffi. Lo staff è molto carino e l'ambiente curato, oltre alla grotta che è una chicca! Insomma, per me è una tappa fissa!

24/02/2024: Cucina eccellente e servizio impeccabile. Locale tranquillo e accogliente, ambiente rilassante. Piatti ben curati e abbinamenti sorprendenti. Eccezionali sia gli antipasti. Il risotto fantastico e altrettanto squisito il carrè di agnello! Torneremo sicuramente!

19/02/2024: Arriviamo puntuali e non trovano la nostra prenotazione, tergiversano un po.....e ci sediamo ore 13.40... sono venuti a prendere l' ordinazione ore 14.15......tempi biblici anche per una bottiglia di vin, almeno 15 minuti.... chiediamo ben 2 volte di poter ordinare....la risposta è stata , da parte del proprietario suppongo "che ci possiamo fare se siete arrivati tutto allo stesso orario" .....risposta ridicola da parte di un ristoratore, forse improvvisato a questo punto, chissà.... Nell ' attesa dei 3 primi ....uno ovviamente non arriva e dopo che mi hanno chiesto per 2 volte quale avevo scelto mi è stata fatta questa domanda "sicura che non lo ha già mangiato?" E credetemi non era una battuta..... Davvero una delusione ....un pranzo con amiche con tempi biblici e frasi fuori luogo, ci siamo alzate dal tavolo alle 16.....per fortuna che il cibo era ottimo....ma non ritorneremo....e consiglio...assumete più personale se volete che le persone tornino.
