03/04/2024: On vacation for 3 days in Cogoleto, we came across the establishment by chance and were not disappointed to the point of returning the following 2 days! Excellent and inventive cuisine, friendliness and professionalism of the service, good kitchen/service synchronization, very reasonable prices. Absolutely taste the seafood bisque dishes (gnochetti or fettuce)! I highly recommend this restaurant which is an obligatory stop for any visit to Cogoleto!!!

06/04/2024: If it weren't for the location, we would have to give half a star for everything, apart from the endless wait to be able to eat, when my plate finally arrives Spaghetti with clams inside I find a beautiful stone, I point it out, they replace the dish without even the slightest apology for what happened, and without even any kind of hesitation they put it in the bill. We say it and the owner replies "But what's the problem, it was in the bag of clams"....... Maybe it's better to change jobs, and even if you've been in this job for 27 years, every now and then get off the pedestal and question yourself... Ah last thing the boy son of the owner of the restaurant would do well not to work with the public because he is not capable, he treats people like dirt with infinite arrogance. If you decide to go and eat there, change your mind, there are much better places! And above all much cheaper for what they offer, or otherwise keep in mind that in this case there could be the possibility of contacting a dentist, because the stones could always be found in any bag of clams......

We were served by a young boy, I think he is the owner's son, with the manners of a neighborhood boy, with each course he managed to convey the right amount of arrogance, arrogance and presumption, which are all synonymous but it is just to make the meal better. idea of ​​the character. I will certainly never go to have lunch at Casale del Beuga again, nor would I recommend it.

17/03/2024: This small restaurant in the center of Cogoleto is very nice. The wait, more than an hour, to receive our order was really too long. The salmon was delicious, the fettuccine with pistachio pesto and swordfish were superb but the pasta was overcooked, a lot. The fried calamari was good, the frying was very light and perhaps a little too salty. We will return in the evening to taste the pizzas.

21/03/2024: They continue to call ragu the common tomato sauce, not even the shadow of meat. The same tomato with which they season ravioli and pass off as "touch", abominable. The portions are scant, two laser-cut slices of something they call roast, where have the old trattorias gone? The only thing that's old here is the environment.

23/03/2024: I ate some squid and octopus tentacles worthy of praise, apparently it was the catch of the day, therefore not always available, accompanied by delicious artichokes and potatoes. Very good and the girl who took the orders was very knowledgeable, it wasn't the case for us when it came to drinking because we took water and a small beer, but at the nearby tables I listened to her advice on drinking, having a bar I'm always very curious, she was superb in advice! Well done

05/04/2024: Butcher's shop with counter and kitchen/restaurant that had been recommended to me... intrigued, I went there immediately and honestly, it went beyond my expectations... in addition to the quality of the meat, I was struck by the quality of the cuisine. I decided to take mostly more typical things, Genoese artichoke top, carpione meatballs, meat pizza and green kidney... I was really impressed by the positive aspects of the flavours, some of which I had never tried and which I really appreciated. An important note, the 3 guys who were in the room, very good at their job and prepared, and also cute and friendly... what can I say, I recommend it and I really liked it!

10/03/2024: Sebbene il menu parli da sé, è doveroso aggiungere che le papille gustative cantino ad ogni boccone!!! La cura dei piatti e della materia prima è eccellente, come la professionalità di chi lavora, che parte ancora prima di recarsi qui, dalla prenotazione, in cui la richiesta di intolleranze o preferenze alimentari non è così facile da trovare. Gli accostamenti e i sapori sono originali e sorprendenti. Superbo!!
