06/04/2024: Tried the tasting menu, a roundup to get to know signature cuisine, never banal. The ravioli accompanied by raw fish and other flavors are superb. Even a simple sea bass has become super thanks to the perfect cooking and the proposed combination

28/03/2024: Wonderful experience. When we arrived we were greeted elegantly and Afterwards we were pleasantly advised. The tasting menu was a beautiful and delicious journey. Many many compliments to the chef, we will see you again very soon. Now his restaurant Zi'Ninella is a fixed stop for us, one more excuse that will always make us return to Santa Margherita Ligure. Congratulations to everyone, you are special.

14/03/2024: My husband & I are thrilled! We were able to enjoy a fabulous dinner here. We feasted our way through the entire menu and came to the conclusion: Karalis stands out clearly from the other restaurants. The cuisine manages to combine tradition with sophisticated culinary surprises. This is a really lucky feeling after the repetitive (albeit solid) restaurant experiences in the nearby area. Exactly what we wanted for our vacation in Liguria. The service was no less warm and professional. Our dog was also there. Even that was absolutely straightforward. Absolutely recommended. We will be back!

Beautiful location, welcoming, excellent service, attentive and very friendly staff. If you are looking for discretion and relaxation, this is the right place. Experience to be repeated.

30/03/2024: After reading the positive reviews I decided to book. The staff were very friendly, the cured meats were good, otherwise nothing special, in fact a little disappointing.

30/03/2024: I was deeply disappointed by the experience at the L'Inusual Soup restaurant. After calling and booking in advance, they confirmed my reservation. However, once I arrived on site, they informed me that they had no record of my reservation and asked me to wait 20 minutes for a free seat. This was not only unpleasant, but also extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, the suggestion to go to nearby bars to have an aperitif while I waited added further inconvenience to the situation. The lack of organization and poor communication from the staff definitely ruined the whole experience. I was hoping to have a pleasant evening of dining, but instead found myself looking for an alternative at a time when I should have already been seated at the table.

05/04/2024: Searching and reading through different blogs, we ended up eating in this very informal but very warm little place! The staff was able to advise us on what to eat, letting us choose the typical dishes without necessarily making us take the most expensive things: honesty 10/10! We ate three starters and a first course spending €50 (without wine, just water) and were satisfied with everything. We recommend the mandillos with pesto (I hope I wrote it well XD) and the Genoese tops! Very good everything! Maybe having a staff so attentive to diners and with passion. WELL DONE!!!

05/04/2024: As someone who doesn't normally like pesto in pastas, I quite enjoyed theirs, it was so refreshing, so different to what you get in UK. Also try their house red wine, it's very good.

12/12/2023: Went here after the recommendation of our Airbnb host who claimed it was expensive but really good. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has an incredible view, but this was the worst meal I had on my 2-week Italy. The service was prompt, but it felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. The second we were done a dish, a server would scoop it up. The food itself was a a disappointment. We ordered a number of dishes to share, all of which tasted like they were previously frozen. The asparagus was probably the best dish we had. The calamari tasted like any other you’ve ever had. The tuna was bland and had zero flavor - I don’t think it was even seasoned w salt or pepper. You are paying for the view! Overall, I would recommend stopping by for a drink, but heading elsewhere to eat.

30/10/2023: Fits the vibes of Portofino! Honestly everything was good! The food, the service, the vibes! Amazing Im a big fan of langosteria! We had mussels, pasta, and tiramisu! Very good service in general, waiters were super friendly!

28/03/2024: Great food and good value for money! The beef fillet was very well fried (medium rare), but the pepper sauce was somewhat reminiscent of that of a carbonara, the sauce was curdled... However, still recommended and the rating is justified!

24/02/2024: Premetto che siamo una coppia abituata a mangiare bene e devo dire che non sono rimasto deluso. Piatti di ottimo livello e pesce straordinario, personale molto gentile ed attento. Forse un po’ elevato il prezzo, ma con questa qualità ci può stare.

23/02/2024: Poor service...cutlery never changed...bread in a dropper...and asked several times and never brought...first courses...never seen the fish ravioli with spinach inside and topped with plenty of red sauce. .. Which looked like a tomato... Very good dessert and starters..
