17/03/2024: Con molta cordialità presentano i menù con abbinamento dei vini di loro produzione. I piatti tipici vengono serviti con la loro presentazione. I prodotti sono di loro produzione e i salumi sono davvero speciali. Cucina molto curata nel particolari. I proprietari molto cordiali e simpatici. Ambiente confortevole ed accogliente.
11/02/2024: Charming, welcoming environment with very interesting furnishings. Same menu for all customers (although it is possible to have some changes in case of intolerances), own production of each product, from skewered meat to wine, all of high quality. The service is also very good.

02/04/2024: All was well except for finding the entire hotel occupied by a school trip with noisy and poorly behaved students. Excellent cuisine and friendly staff
02/04/2024: Everything was fine except for the presence in the hotel of students on a trip who were certainly not silent and respectful of the peace of others, until 11.30pm. There were noises and shouts, the same thing happened in the morning from 7.30am onwards with the teachers knocking. to all the student rooms. For the rest, the staff is kind and welcoming, the breakfast is simple, the dinner is really excellent. So highly recommended but without uneducated customers. Thank you

07/03/2024: Siamo stati a mangiare con una bambina e una persona intollerante al glutine e ai latticini. La spontanea gentilezza con cui si viene accolti ha il sapore di altri tempi e di chi svolge questo lavoro con maestria e dedizione.
Il menu alla prima occhiata sembrava molto semplice, ma dando una letta più approfondita si scopre un attenzione particolare al territorio. Abbiamo mangiato dei maccheroncini con ragù di anatra ( deliziosi) e del salmerino con carciofi come contorno. Il salmerino stupefacente per la sua bontà e succosita’ veramente ben condito. I carciofi molto buoni , ne avrei mangiato altri ma sono stati divorati da mia figlia. Consigli sul vino più che azzeccati con una spesa più che giusta. Abbiamo visto dei dolci portati al tavolo accanto che avevano un aria molto invitante…ma ahimè eravamo di corsa perché volevamo vedere il borgo all’interno del castello..e quindi torneremo assolutamente ad assaggiarli magari in primavera sedendoci fuori.

Ristorante elegante e con uno staff preparatissimo.
Luca ci ha seguiti tutta sera con una gentilezza ed un acume impeccabile, davvero degno di nota.
Stessa cosa per Alberto, il Maitre.
Lo straconsiglio, decisamente da provare

28/10/2023: Sehr gutes Essen, exzellenter Wein, sehr angenehmer Service mit kompetenter Beratung;
Ein Restaurant wo man sich wohlfühlen kann, sicherlich besonders auch im Sommer, wenn man draußen sitzen kann, und einen Blick auf die Weinberge hat.
Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen und freuen uns schon auf die Weinprobe
20/08/2023: wir besuchten das Restaurant an einem Dienstagabend und waren sehr überrascht dass das Lokal nahezu leer war.
Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und geben der Dame vom Service 5 Punkte !!..das war klasse und nicht gespielt.
Eine gemischte Vorspeise zu zweit , 2 x Pasta ( Anatra+Coniglio ) , eine Flasche vom hauseigenen Lugana ( 13 EUR ) + Wasser und Digestivo zu einem super Preis /Leistungsverhältnis. Geschmacklich sehr gut .
Bezahlt wird beim capo an der Kasse und hält dabei noch einen kleinen smalltalk. So muss das sein.
Gut gemeinte 4 Punkte. Den fünften Punkt möchten wir uns für das nächste mal aufheben da wir die Hauptspeisen nicht versucht haben.
Tolle Location, top Service, top Essen!!

PS.: am anderen Morgen waren wir nochmals da um Wein zu kaufen.

13/01/2024: In een woord fantastisch. Geweldige ervaringen, zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten, een ware beleving.
15/10/2023: Wonderful and very special dishes, prepared with care, love and imagination. The service was also excellent. I would highly recommend it. We stayed a few days and had dinner twice. Breakfast was also outstanding and freshly prepared.

17/07/2023: Nice staff. Pretty good pizza. Value for your money. I was here in 2019 and in 2023. Both times very satisfactorily.
