04/03/2024: We ate here because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed, so it was a blessing in disguise.
The food was very good and the rustic setting with the fireplace gives a good atmosphere.

18/02/2024: Pausa ape prima di continuare il giro in Valle. Gestore cordiale e servizio veloce. Piacevole aperitivo con gustoso piattino di accompagnamento sui tavolini all'aperto.
04/02/2024: Everything was excellent, plentiful food, well-prepared and well-cooked dishes. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back. Thanks for the extra coffee that was offered to me.

01/04/2024: Today seemed like an April Fool's Day to me, I traveled 40 km to go and eat with friends who had spoken well of it to me, today maybe it wasn't the right day I don't know, we arrive with the fireplace turned off and I already understood how it would go, I go to a restaurant where the weather was bad outside so you expect a nice fireplace that welcomes you very well but instead nothing, so I had to drink a glass of wine and keep my jacket on, we order a mess, the second courses and the first courses arrive together, raw pizzoccheri, unique badly made polenta, the only thing was the dessert, the service was all thrown away, the only bathroom so I was able to go after eating as we had to go home to finish everything, I wouldn't travel 40km anymore to feel bad
17/02/2024: Ottima esperienza. Cibo di qualità e tradizionale, personale gentile e location incantevole immersa nel verde. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

09/03/2024: I don't usually leave negative reviews but unfortunately I stayed one night in this hotel and I have to say... never again.
The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views but very neglected, old. I got to my room at 6pm and couldn't take a shower because the water was cold. We complained and were told....maybe the boiler has failed. I return at 10pm after dinner and try to shower with barely warm water. The next morning the water was cold again.
Sheets with large stains and insects smeared on the walls, not to mention broken fixtures and wardrobes and moldy shower cubicles.
Breakfast with coffee and a hard mini croissant.
It's a shame because the hotel is really in a great location

18/02/2024: Esperienza allucinante! Siamo stati ieri a pranzo e abbiamo ordinato due piatti di bresaola alla modica cifra di €32 nemmeno in piazzetta a Portofino hanno questi prezzi. Abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria veramente una persona spiacevole che non ha neanche ribattuto. Due bresaole su un tavolo di plastica con due tovagliette di carta 32 euro...vogliamo parlarne?

29/01/2024: I stayed one night with my son for a Day Hospital at the Lanzo hospital. Clean and quiet room. Rest assured. We had dinner at the hotel. We were given the option to choose between plain gnocchi, with sauce or pizzas. For the pizzas there were not all the ingredients on the menu but the ones we ordered were good. Breakfast is from 7am. Unless I misunderstood you could only order cappuccino and brioche. But in my case it was fine. Nice warm hood as I like it.

10/08/2023: En famille, nous nous sommes arrêtés à l'OSTERIA DELLA VALLE, c'est le nouveau nom de ce restaurant repris il y a 3 mois, et nous nous sommes régalés ! Accueil chaleureux, rapidement placés malgré que l'établissement était bondé, et rapidement pris en compte pour la commande.
Vite servis, nos pizzas étaient délicieuses et idem pour les desserts (panna cota et tiramisu). Nous recommandons cet établissement aux Français en voyage !

07/03/2024: What can I say, 4 of us went for lunch on a Sunday with a reservation, convinced we would eat a fabulous Tomahawk like a couple of years ago but nothing like that. Terrible service, we waited 50 minutes and they didn't even bring us the bread, only 1 Florentine steak remained, which arrived already cut and cold. We had asked for some sciatt as a starter but, despite the evident poor service, we never received not even the shadow of an apology, the bill obviously in line with how much we should have eaten with excellent service.
24/01/2024: A trip to the Intelvi valley can only end with a nice meal 😊. Welcoming place, helpful staff. When we arrived, without booking, the place was crowded but it took twenty minutes, even though it was late they let us have lunch... we'll be back soon !

11/02/2024: Nuova gestione pizza buona.personale inizialmente gentile,eravamo in 14 per festeggiare un compleanno siamo arrivati alle 20 30 serviti subito ,peccato che verso le 22 hanno cominciato a scopare e lavare il pavimento attorno a noi ,chiedendoci se potevano iniziare a sparecchiare facendoci capire chiaramente che dovevamo lasciare il locale cosa che abbiamo fatto alle 22 30 con ancora lo spumante da finire..sconsigliatissimo se non per una cena veloce.

Ci e’ piaciuto e sopratutto il gelato era buono e nelle giuste proporzioni.
