Enchanting location, opulent and rich as the ancient Venetian noble homes once were, the upholstery resembles British living rooms. Mirrors, silverware, fresh flowers and books, lots of books. The dishes enchanted every one of my taste buds, refined and bold at the same time. It's impossible not to dip the freshly baked focaccia in the accompanying sauces. Impeccable service, extremely professional and helpful. Excellence, the Quistello Embassy is excellence.

15/03/2024: Courtesy and professionalism are the basis of this project. The vegetarian/vegan menu is refined, attentive but above all thoughtful. The wine list is coherent and non-trivial and respects the DNA of the place. Absolutely correct quality/price ratio. A sweet refuge that allows you to immerse yourself in good food, reading and art. 23/03/2024: Simply WOW! When we're travelling, we're always on the lookout for new, exciting vegan restaurants. And what can I say: Sottobosco Bistrot is probably the best vegan restaurant we've ever been to! The menu is simply amazing. A real explosion of flavour. And it's all vegan too. Everything is just right here: flavour, ingredients, but also the service and the presentation on the plate. We were surprised, as we would never have expected a restaurant like this in Grosseto. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely pay a visit to Sottobosco. Even if you're not vegan. The food is absolutely worth it!

23/03/2024: The typical stuffed pasta is delicious, try the agnoli in broth with Lambrusco. I appreciated their version of sbrisolona and the impeccable service. The only flaw is the location a little out of the way from the centre.

31/03/2024: If there is anyone who can remind us what it means to feel the tasty and original flavor of giardiniera, mustard, cracklings, crackers, tortelli, focaccia, condiment sauces, leavened sweets, creams and desserts, but at the same time combine well-known flavors with a touch innovative and experimental, this is the group of young chefs at Scalco Grasso. Worth trying, for the care taken in the conception and preparation, the attention to every detail and the pleasure of eating delicacies.

02/04/2024: There is little to say, one of the most important venues in the area. Excellent food, obsessive care in the offer, beautiful environment both inside and out and a small shop. For lovers of good drinking there is plenty of choice, a list of pretty good spirits, wines and beers. A real bible!

31/03/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to the Conte, excellent gourmet sandwiches and an almost infinite choice of beers, excellent dining in the summer, an oasis of peace in which to spend pleasant moments in the company of trusted friends. Advised.
