06/04/2024: Regarding the food and the bill we had nothing to say. The service however left a lot to be desired. When we asked for an "encore" of desserts, she got annoyed and responded in an annoyed tone and, honestly, we found ourselves uncomfortable. At the time of payment (and there were 6 of us divided into 3 couples) she wanted to give us a single bill and even there, annoyed because our request was a bill for 4 and one for 2. Honestly, 6 of us agreed that we did not want to return, not for the food, but for the attitudes of those who work there

15/08/2023: I had a relaxing day by the pool. My experience was mixed: I greatly appreciated the children's section of the pool, which provided a safe and fun environment. The wide range of inflatables available made the time spent on the water very enjoyable. Furthermore, the bar was a highlight with particular attention to the courtesy of the barmaid, which contributed to the welcoming atmosphere.
However, my satisfaction was overshadowed by the restaurant experience. Despite us being a family with two children and a pregnant partner, the restaurant was unable to serve them in a timely manner, leaving us hungry and disappointed. This inconvenience cast a shadow over the day, as the prolonged wait and lack of adequate service were frustrating. I hope that in the future the restaurant can improve its service to ensure a more complete and satisfying experience for all its guests.
