13/01/2024: Let me start by saying that after months of taking pizza from them and overall we found it quite good, the last time we order two well-cooked slices (otherwise it will arrive raw), we arrive home and find it burnt (see photo). We'll go back this evening, I show the girl a photo of the pizza and according to her it wasn't burnt, no excuses or anything... She raised her voice and was rude, I remind you that I am a customer and I pay so at least a "sorry ma'am" was more than welcome. Learn politeness and how to respond to a customer... it is the basis of a good business. You lost customers who spent 18 euros a week! Even leaving aside the fact that another day we will order it for you at home saying that we will have paid with the debit card, you came without it and we are due at the restaurant to pay.

02/04/2024: EDIT: Half of the diners felt sick to their stomachs after having had pizza for dinner. I think it's called "food poisoning". After this I will never come back here and I will do my stomach some good (and I take back what I said about "good pizza"). Original: The pizza can also be considered good, but the problem of the size of the slice is evident. 21/02/2024: Per la prima volta nella mia vita sono andato a mangiare sushi, con la formula all you can eat, ma sono uscito con ancora tanta fame dal ristorante. Alle 14:20 siamo entrati e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile consumare il pranzo, i camerieri ci hanno detto di sì, senza aggiungere altro, dopo di che ci hanno fatto scansionare un qr-code con il menù disponibile. Iniziamo ad ordinare e sentiamo la cameriera informare il tavolo di fianco che la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 15 (potevano dirlo anche a noi), ma va bene, ordiniamo e aspettiamo, aspettiamo, aspettiamo, il cibo arrivava nei tavoli di fianco, ma a noi niente, facciamo notare la cosa e ci informano che ci sono dei problemi con il loro sistema di ordinazione, ma che stavano risolvendo, portano metà delle cose che avevamo ordinato e ci porgono un vecchio menu dicendo che purtroppo dobbiamo ordinare da li in forma cartacea. Sfogliamo quindi il menù, effettuiamo l’ordine e sorpresa, il cameriere ci informa che quasi tutti i piatti ordinati non sono disponibili e che il tempo per ordinare è finito(erano le 14:55). Facciamo notare i problemi riscontrati(per causa loro), ma niente, non si transige, non si scusa nemmeno e va via. A mai più direi

26/02/2024: I'm sorry to only give two stars but: The coffee is burnt, the croissants are raw, they never have to be changed, the POS often doesn't work or they don't accept it 🤷 Too much waiting at the checkout. It used to be better managed.
