08/10/2023: I read many positive comments where they wrote that the staff was courteous and even prepared a packed breakfast for those who left early. This wasn't the case for us! We arrived and the owner walked past us without even saying hello. We had been out there waiting for at least half an hour with a small child We had to go inside and he barely spoke to us right away The only lady who was a little nicer was the cook and the lady who served breakfast in the morning. By email we were told that we would be assigned a studio apartment with kitchenette instead of the family room (having a small child).. WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS APARTMENT. WE WERE IN A TRIPLE. We kindly asked them to keep the baby's milk we needed for breakfast and evening fresh, they seemed to do you a favor every time. The rooms did not have a fridge. We had to ask for a cot on the spot and this caused some annoyed looks, even though they had known straight away that we had a small child with us. Rooms so and so, very dated and in my opinion in need of some 'touching up'. The evening before leaving we notified and asked if we had to pay anything else and the owner's daughter replied NO, SINCE WE ARE NOT RELATIVES. And not even a packed lunch as some have written above, BREAKFAST PRACTICALLY MOST! I don't understand why all these people were so unpleasant towards us, maybe because we didn't eat our meals there? We certainly weren't forced to. Or because we were there with a smartbox?! I'm sorry we didn't find the climate we were looking for.
