07/01/2024: Armatevi di pazienza perché occorre attendere un bel po' ma ne vale la pena. Abbiamo mangiato i tagliolini con i moscioli davvero molto buoni e che dire ottima la frittura con gamberi, calamari e tonno. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco. Da provare per credere

17/03/2024: We ordered two first courses, aware of the expected wait of up to 35 minutes. After an hour had passed, only one first course arrived, consisting of eight flimsy, tasteless ravioli costing €22. After another 20 minutes the other first one still hadn't arrived Given that we sat down at 1.30pm, and only one of the 2 first courses was brought (there being 2 of us, we expected at least the 2 first courses to arrive together), at 2.40pm we decided to leave and pay only for what we ate. We felt cheated, contrary to the attention a customer should receive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN EVERY POINT OF VIEW❗️

03/01/2024: Lungo la scalinata che porta sulla sommità di Numana. D'inverno il locale è un po'angusto, con tavoli troppo ravvicinati, ma arredato bene in modo sobrio. Scegliamo il menù alla carta. Apprezziamo i diversi tipi di pani con olio e burro, anche perché ci terranno compagnia nelle attese troppo lunghe tra una portata e l'altra. Insalata di mare con erbette e bernese: elegantissima, con l'indovinatissimo abbinamento di salsa e verdure. Carbonara di cappesante, molto gustosa e ricca. Il formaggio è saporito ma non annulla il pesce. Il risotto alla marinara - bandiera dello chef- è davvero notevole: acidità, sapidità, profumi di mare ne fanno un piatto top. Mi impressiona positivamente l'ombrina servita con una panatura di semi croccanti e salati: il boccone con la sua erbetta risulta saporito e intrigante allo stesso tempo. I piatti sono descritti molto bene e spesso viene lo chef in persona a raccontarli. Unica nota stonata, quasi 3h per 3 portate sono eccessivamente troppe. Vini al calice: interessanti abbinamenti con le portate, peccato l'assenza nel percorso di vini locali.

24/09/2023: Da tempo andiamo in questo ristorante e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Cucina senza fronzoli dove, fortunatamente, lo chef non impiatta con le pinzette. Piatti di pesce classici senza intrugli e salse varie. Un'essenzialita' ormai rara da trovare in ristoranti che aspirano al gourmet senza averne le capacità . Personale di sala e titolare sempre bravi ed accoglienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

29/03/2024: My favorite restaurant in Numana. I go there at least once a weekend and I have been there 15 times in the last 2 years. Located behind the Town Hall, held by a section of which a former fisherman. Everything is delicious and fresh. I always get the marinated anchovies and the spaghetti alle vongole (sometimes the seafood gnocchi). I never tire of this menu. Always a pleasure to come. Thank you for these good times. 24/03/2024: Discovered it last night even though I come from neighboring towns....particular surf-themed place, they serve sandwiches, piadinas, craft beers, desserts, especially the beer misu. Of note, the meats used are from zero kilometer butchers. Kind staff.

07/04/2024: The historic restaurant da Alvaro now becomes da Franca and is managed perfectly by the new owner Andrea who ensures a perfect welcome with kindness and professionalism. The quality of the dishes is truly excellent and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff is equally excellent. In season it is better to book in advance as places are limited.

02/04/2024: A cena lunedì di Pasqua, con moglie e figlio di 9 anni, il padrone di casa un maestro dell'accoglienza , lo staff d'esperienza e cordialità tanto che mio figlio si è ordinato da solo il secondo, cena al top , qualità top , il prezzo più che abbordabile, a pari qualità in altri posti ho speso anche 50/70€ in più ritornerò sicuramente , bravissimi ! Grazie dell' ospitalità.

02/04/2024: Place by the sea, with tables and chairs close to the beach with a beautiful view of the tourist port of Numana with its majesty the Conero behind it. We took two Aperol sprizze accompanied with a portion of fries. The sprizze were good, the chips unfortunately tasted a little too much like fried fish. Whoever served us was very kind and polite. Normal prices for an aperitif by the sea

12/01/2024: É stata una serata a dir poco indimenticabile; avendo prenotato praticamente al buio non ci saremmo mai aspettati un servizio cosí sincero e alla mano, cibo ottimo e stimolante, tanti abbinamenti curiosi ed insoliti. Un ristorante che vale la pena tenere d’occhio. Ripasseremo sicuramente!
