01/04/2024: Absolutely top restaurant with reasonable prices. The selection and quality of the food are exceptional. The wine list is one of the most extensive and well-stocked I've seen in the region. The ambience is great and the service is attentive, friendly and accommodating. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

07/09/2023: Stefano's piadinas and pizzas are a pleasure for the palate, they also have soups that warm the belly and heart and last but not least Marta's desserts which are as beautiful to look at as they are good to eat. Very nice and talented staff. Possibility of takeaway.

24/07/2023: Informal environment and friendly staff, refined food despite being based on typical fast food restaurant dishes. Marta's desserts deserve to be in a starred restaurant too. Refined in both taste and presentation.

06/04/2024: Scenic venue overlooking the valley, excellent service with care and kindness towards the guest. The excellent service makes up for the dishes that didn't completely satisfy me. Spaghetti with cacio e pepe good but not very creamy. Crescia with herbs and focaccia with broad beans are both good. Overall a too broad menu. Decent wine list.

09/03/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante dopo esserci passati davanti diverse volte, alla fine è capitata l'occasione e abbiamo prenotato, il locale è in un palazzo storico di Osimo con una vista bellissima sulla campagna, la sala è molto grande e la struttura a voltine e colonne è molto scenica, la cucina è una rivisitazione della tradizione marchigiana, ho trovato i sapori, e questo su tutte le portate, un po' troppo "calzati" per il mio gusto, molte note, anche forti, che si sommavano tra loro. Servizio giovane e spigliato, prezzi nella media per la proposta. Quello che non mi è tanto piaciuto è l'odore di cucina molto forte e presente su tutta la sala. In definitiva ci aspettavamo però qualcosa di più. Mia opinione C.

24/03/2024: (REVIEW ONLY RELATING TO THE RESTAURANT) Finally, after years of hearing positive things about it, I managed to organize a Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. I must say that expectations were amply rewarded. Restaurant (and rooms) on the rolling Osiman hills, with a view of Conero between Osimo and the hamlet of San Biagio, clean, well-kept, with large internal and external spaces surrounded by gardens, crops, orchards and farmyards where farmyard animals roam freely. Abundant dishes with homemade flavours. Pasta all homemade. Traditional meats from the Marche region. Fragrant and sincere local wines. Fast and friendly service despite the rooms being full of diners. Prices still competitive. Applause! 👏🏽

07/04/2024: We took the truffle pizza, I didn't like it very much, for me the dough is not that of the classic Neapolitan pizza... I didn't like the filling, I don't know what was on top, whether fondue or cream, the sausage is not the classic Neapolitan sausage..

07/04/2024: Until the 1970s the place was used as a rustic wine bar, where the old people renewed their good times, while the kids stopped to enjoy a "spuma". A neat trattoria has been created where it is possible to taste classic Marche dishes, from vincisgrassi, to rabbit, to tripe. I really appreciated the tonnarelli with Fossa cheese cream, accompanied by a good house Conero red wine. The prices are honest. 06/04/2024: Good restaurant, regional home cooking with excellent quality-price ratio. The owner is kind and welcoming. We showed up without a reservation with our little dog on a Saturday evening and were immediately welcomed.

07/04/2024: The small and modest restaurant in a false rustic setting, located in the center of the very pretty Osimo, offers a nice choice of good and light pinsas with varied tastes. Even from the point of view of the beers there is nothing to complain about. Among them is the Ganter of Freibug im Breisgau (capital of the Black Forest).
