We went there on Easter day full local not easy to manage everything perfect and fast. A courteous and precise service with Rolando a "host" and a great host capable of entertaining customers in an excellent way and making you feel at home.

16/03/2024: I was with friends at the now timeless and unsurpassed Rolando, who for decades has been delighting palates with truffle-based meat recipes We ordered a complete menu, the ravioli and game meat were divine, all accompanied by some excellent local wine The look of the restaurant has remained intact, frames of famous people and awards make this place one of the top dialect cuisines in the region Rolando and his children are very kind and make you feel at home, then as usual in some moments of the evening Rolando acts as a brief entertainer with some of his local stories that gave life to the dialect cuisine All perfect

04/04/2024: The farmhouse is totally renovated and surrounded by greenery, the location is very quiet. The rooms are simple but very clean and well furnished. The Spa is very pleasant. There is a beautiful hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, changing rooms; it is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast is served at the table, good with some homemade products. The managers are extremely helpful people for any request or need and extremely friendly and kind. I would happily return.

Wide choice of wines but above all fish-based cuisine, the point of reference in the area for those who want to eat well and not the usual barbecue. Welcoming and prepared staff. 04/04/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the Nido del Corvo restaurant this evening, and the experience was simply extraordinary. I began my culinary journey with an exquisite tuna tartare, followed by a delicate sea bass carpaccio that melted in my mouth. The oysters with maracuja were an explosion of freshness and flavour, while the mussels and congoles expertly enhanced the flavor of the sea. The cold appetizer was a perfect introduction to the robust and delicate flavors that would follow. But the real star of the evening was the pineapple carpaccio with berries, my favorite dessert. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable dinner. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavours, presented with great care and attention to detail. Compliments to the chef for his culinary mastery and to the entire Nido del Corvo team for an exceptional experience

01/04/2024: An unexpectedly found restaurant that turned out to be the best of all those toured in the Fano area in the last 10 years. Lunch table for 18 people on Easter Monday à la carte menu. An arduous test to pass! Let me start by saying that we are all quite demanding and lovers of good food. Full restaurant. We ate better than anywhere else on any other day of the year. Excellent food, well balanced flavours, very fresh fish, very well prepared plating, right portions at a fair price. Impeccable service. Only the owner with his availability and friendliness is worth the trip. We will be back soon.
