05/04/2024: Found by chance... pleasant surprise! Informal place, kind, friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere where I immediately felt at ease. For the menu I left it up to them and they let me taste: sliced loin that melted in my mouth; excellent lamb accompanied by artichokes; a good and particular rib cooked at low temperature seasoned with a spicy sauce and accompanied by roast potatoes; tasty radicchio with cheese; a good glass of red wine (only one glass because I was on a motorbike 😅), finally coffee and barricaded grappa. The portions are generous, but if you can't finish them they give you the "dogy bag". Definitely a "comfort zone" where you can eat excellent food in a family environment.
01/04/2024: excellent typical local restaurant in the middle of a magnificent forest at about 800 meters above sea level. excellent first courses with mushrooms, game and other traditional condiments, excellent meat. Truffles are also in season. particular mention for the pappardelle with wild boar. very generous portions. own production of excellent cured meats which can also be purchased. always crowded on weekends but also on weekdays. obligatory to book well in advance on weekends, advisable also on weekdays.

04/03/2024: For someone like me who comes from a southern seaside city, it was a nice and pleasant opportunity to taste different products than usual. Satisfaction with the snails (which I hadn't eaten for many years), tagliatelle, coradella, lamb... all perfect. I wanted nothing else.

16/03/2024: Restaurant with few seats. A very familiar environment but which dedicates a lot of attention and care to both hospitality and quality. Possibility of lunch at a fixed price or à la carte... where local/traditional dishes reign supreme. They also have a pizzeria...INVITING...in my opinion worth trying!!!Maybe next time.
I also had the opportunity to purchase a typical dessert from Apecchio... the BOSTRENGO. Made in the morning... which was liked and is being liked at home... even after a couple of days... or rather as the landlady said. ." ...gets better staying there."
03/03/2024: Arrived by chance, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The pasta was really very good and plentiful, the truffle fresh and excellent.

The rooms... 1990s, need renovation, the rooms are very hot, you can't turn down the heating, underfloor heating is under the carpets, so all the dust mites go straight to your nose... Kitchen Breakfast is nothing fancy, but you can find something good from the buffet and eat it ...Really, without nitpicking about the breakfast, it's ok... Dinners ordered at breakfast... Wonderfully varied, beautifully and tasty, and prepared in the Italian way... Everything is delicious
And at the end, a completely unnecessary incident with the door to the room, we were accused of damaging the door, which when we arrived was damaged by the previous tenants who most likely had a dog... We didn't have a dog and they tried to convince us that it was us who did it... Strange action on the last day of our stay, it ruined our day of rest a bit... It was very unpleasant. WIFI... DRAMA But you have to rest while on vacation 😁.
03/02/2024: Niestety wifi w hotelu nie działa, a zasięg GSM w części hotelu jest bardzo słaby więc internet nie działa stabilnie. Na Śniadania cały tydzień to samo, żadnej zmiany 😞

Tempi di attesa lunghi anche se presenti pochi commensali.
Pizza sottile come un foglio di carasau, praticamente senza niente sopra. Una presa per i fondelli. Due persone che servono ai tavoli e quattro che guardano, veramente uno spettacolo triste.
Poi ti chiedono pure se sei soddisfatto.....

10/02/2024: Gradevole esperienza, ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, porzioni molto abbondanti. Abbiamo provato sia gli antipasti che i secondi e infine i dolci...molto buoni. Fanno anche la pizza di grandi dimensioni e sottile. Spesa € 21,00 a testa. Personale gentile. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque, sicuramente torneremo.
07/11/2023: purtroppo devo smentire tutte le buone recensioni.............. dicono che la pasta è fatta in casa invece è pasta forse di una pasta fresca industriale ma di fatto in casa proprio no . la grigliata scarsissima. e con pezzetti di carne di basso costo ......dicevano che il prezzo era conveniente ......mah. a me non è sembrato . tanta confusione in sala . peccato .........
