07/04/2024: Enchanting experience for a restaurant of the highest level

23/03/2024: Where do I start? Stefano (one of the four brothers who look after this restaurant as the fourth generation of this family restaurant) picked us up as part of the shuttle service that they offer to customers (to and from Amalfi) as the restaurant is located just a bit further away from central Amalfi. He gave us an introduction and background into the family run business and use of their farm produce. We were then welcomed by Antonio (another brother) who served us throughout the evening and gave us a tour of the restaurant and showed us the terrace. We ordered the Ciccio Tasting Menu and it was absolutely amazing. They are generous with portions and they also give bread on the side (complimentary). Antonio explains every dish clearly and is the most passionate person I've met when it comes to food. Ask him any question about the ingredients and the way its been prepped and he will tell you all the work that goes into it. It was their first day of opening so wasn't too busy but it was a very nice place to have a lovely meal to celebrate an anniversary. They then dropped us off back at our hotel in Amalfi and it was an absolute amazing dinner and evening. Compliments to the chefs and team who made the whole journey from start to finish such high quality. All the best for the new season!

02/04/2024: I came here with friends for a birthday celebration. We were blown away with the high caliber of both food and service. We chose the 5 course tasting menu, which delivered traditional regional dishes executed tastefully. The portions were substantial and every dish we received was absolutely delicious. The wait staff were incredibly kind and made the experience memorable. I am eager to return for another amazing meal.

01/04/2024: For those who want a lunch by the sea it is the ideal place. The staff is very kind, smiling and welcoming. You feel pampered from arrival until the last course. To start, not to be missed is the seafood appetizer with seafood mojito, one of their delicacies. The first courses are all good and you are truly spoiled for choice, the pacchero with tomato, capers and tuna is certainly very original and tasty. Make sure you leave room for dessert, they have some desserts in jars that are delicious.

06/04/2024: Palazzo Murat was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable. They upgraded us upon arrival to a room overlooking the water and hills of Positano and gifted us a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick off our stay. The concierge was so helpful and anytime we had a question or needed anything they helped us immediately. They helped us set up our sunset boat cruise and gave us information that helped us hike the path of gods. The breakfast was incredible it was such a lovely way to start our day each day. We were able to enjoy a day by the pool which had a beautiful view and was very relaxing. We enjoyed apritivo at La petit Murat on a couple of occasions. We also ate dinner at their Al Palazzo restaurant our last night and had a nice relaxing evening the food and service was also wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect as it gives you quick walking access to the water/ferries and access to the shops and other restaurants. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are kind and friendly and go above and beyond. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay a 5 star experience!

I only hesitated to review because I am selfish and would want the place for myself 😂 My very best wishes to everyone of the valet, the shuttle service, the management, both of restaurants, the beach and pool service, the cleaning ladies and of course the front desk. I would like to share my exceptional experience at Ristorante di Pesce Vitale in Battipaglia, which took place during lunch on 3 March 2024. From the beginning, Mrs Enza proved to be an excellent host, welcoming and attentive. The quality of the fish at Ristorante di Pesce Vitale is simply unbeatable. Every dish we tried was fresh and delicious. It is clear that the choice of ingredients and their processing are carried out with great care. Every bite was an explosion of flavors from the sea, which transported us to a true culinary paradise. Mrs. Enza demonstrated in-depth knowledge of fish dishes and recommended some specialties that exceeded our expectations. Each course was a masterpiece of presentation and taste. The freshness and quality of the fish were evident in every dish, and we could appreciate the skill with which it had been prepared. The service at Ristorante di Pesce Vitale was impeccable. 06/04/2024: Excellent service and delicious food. We went quite early as per “Australian” dinner times and all staff were very accommodating and fun. We ate a lot of delicious seafood that was all fresh and tasty. The melon liquor after dinner was a lovely bonus.
