Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook. The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉 Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

06/04/2024: Wonderful restaurant, super attentive and friendly waitresses. Two of us went on a Friday evening and the atmosphere was very quiet. The menu is taken care of in every detail, the local products enhanced and revisited in a way that enhances tradition through careful research. We had an appetizer and two first courses, the Fassona tartare was very fresh and went perfectly with the buffalo foam and cherry tomatoes. The pappardelle with ocio sauce was handmade and the meat was very tender and tasty. Truly an excellent experience

10/03/2024: Oggi io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo ristorante al ritorno dal nostro weekend in Maremma. Mia moglie è rimasta incuriosita dal sito, ben fatto. Prenotiamo. Il locale è in centro a Sansepolcro, davanti alla corte di un bel giardino. Entriamo. Il posto è molto elegante, il personale accogliente e professionale. Ci accomodiamo, in un tavolo riservato, le porcellane tutte personalizzate e firmate da Richard Ginori. Conosciamo la proprietaria, la sig.ra Paola. Ci presenta il ristorante la filosofia della cucina Bio, dal vino all’olio le verdure e la carne tutto rigorosamente Aboca. Dopo aver pranzato deliziosamente ringraziamo e ci complimentiamo con la sig.ra Paola che ci regala una bottiglia del loro vino. Davvero una bella scoperta. 10/03/2024: Consigliato da Burgesi. Elegante. Personale attento e intuitivo. Funghi delicati su una pasta locale. Carciofi fritti caldi al punto giusto un buon dolce meringa e un vino toscano senza solfiti piacevolissimo

27/02/2024: excellent restaurant with its own special old school atmosphere. Absolutely everything is very tasty! The 70's style hotel is very clean, the toilets are not in the rooms, they are shared. Of the minuses - very high audibility, there were noisy neighbors that interfered with sleep.

29/02/2024: What can I say...a real discovery!!! We had dinner here on Valentine's Day and they totally pampered us. For all the women the pizza was made in the shape of a heart - very good among other things and with an excellent quality/price ratio. Super attentive and kind staff! The place is a little cramped in some parts, but frankly it didn't bother us and we can't wait to usher in the summer on their terrace!

16/10/2023: What absolutely stunning restaurant hidden in a small area of Tuscany. A small family run restaurant that produces top-quality food that makes your soul sing. The pasta and steak were beautifully made and sensational. The staff showed fantastic hospitality, they made us feel welcome and at home. Generous pours of wine too! We look forward to returning soon.

26/03/2024: Absolutely loved this little restaurant/gastropub! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The baby chicken was especially delicious as well as the ice cream beer! Highly recommend.

12/11/2023: Wat een waanzinnig restaurant in dit prachtige dorpje. Vrienden hadden ons al verteld dat dit een aanrader was. Toen we elkaar in de Casentino troffen zijn we gezamelijk hier gaan eten. De gezelligheid, het fantastische eten, de wijnen, maar vooral de broers di het geheel tot een ervaring maken. Volgende zomer vakantie komen we weer in de buurt en gaan we zeker weer terug!

06/03/2024: The stars it has are deserved. The excellent restaurant has a good reputation. People from outside the hotel come to dine there. Large and comfortable rooms, attentive staff and a varied breakfast.

28/01/2024: Average hotel in terms of room and services, the rooms could use some sprucing up, excellent breakfast, we also frequent the restaurant often, but this last time we were a little disappointed, menu a little changed, desserts different than last time in flavor and composition, good presentation of the dishes, excellent starter, first course and second course with meat, but I repeat, a few months ago it was much better I would have given it 5/5, discreet service especially from the waiter, a little better from the waitresses of room, environment of the new room very interesting, elegant, reserved, very fast service. The qualities for improvement are all there. I will gladly return, in the hope of finding better service from the staff, and desserts like a few months ago.
