11/03/2024: Everything is really good, from the first courses to the desserts, whatever you choose will certainly be up to par. You can see the refinement not only in the recipes, but also in the raw materials. The portions are right: with a starter, first course and dessert you go home without feeling hungry. We ate on a Monday, we were the only ones so the service was excellent, fast and welcoming. But I think they wouldn't have any problems even if the place was full. For the experience the price was more than fair, we would return and recommend it to others.

29/03/2024: I really had a great evening at Garage. The host (and the sommelier) were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like I was dining at their place. And the way chef presented the menu and recommended dishes showed her love and passion for food and how much care they put into cooking. The food was good, I won't say it was out of world, probably you've had better pasta in Italy. But sometimes it more than just the food. The love and care of the owners for their guests is truly priceless. When one of the other guests asked him where does he get the bread from, he went into the kitchen and brought the dough they have made to bake the next batch for tomorrow. I mean who does that 😆. Highly recommended, must visit. Its also near a nice church, can visit that too.

01/04/2024: Good restaurant if you arrive early, they are kind and serve you immediately, if you arrive later they don't have adequate staff for the number of people and rooms, still good.

30/03/2024: We ordered a Florentine steak for €50/kg but the table received a rib-eye without fillet which obviously costs less. At the cash register the Tuscan owner had the courage to say that the real Florentine steak does not have fillet (the table next to us had a very normal Florentine steak with fillet). In the end, after a rather embarrassing negotiation in front of the whole place, they made us pay a steak price. But the chickpeas were very good and they kindly didn't take them into account. In addition, they later respond to us saying that we are the scammers who wanted to save a few euros. 1) the customer must receive what he ordered and pay for what arrives on his plate 2) the customer must not be interested in how the restaurant supplies itself since if they decide to buy the entire loin of the animal, they will take care of separating the portion of the Florentine steak and the steak, allowing the customer to choose between the two options at different prices calculated on the basis to your initial expense. 3) if as Tuscans you don't know how to distinguish a Florentine steak from a steak I recommend either going back to the hotel shop or even doing a little research on the internet. 4) no one criticized the quality of the meat we received which was unquestionably good, but it wasn't a Florentine. 5) if you often find yourself with customers who complain about this thing, it's not their fault but it's your fault for trying to pass off to tourists and young people (as if they didn't know the difference between the 2 cuts) a ribeye instead of a Florentine steak for earn a handful of euros more. 6) I was objective and honest in my review but I was told that I played a little game to pay little which is an incredible lack of respect towards the customer and towards the entire culture of Tuscan Fiorentina.

27/03/2024: I will go back because I was in a hurry and couldn't try more dishes. Spinach and ricotta tortelloni with Tuscan ragù ok. Boiled chickpeas ok.

23/02/2024: Located in the complex of the Luigi Pecci Center for Contemporary Art, Myo is a fresh, lively and electrifying experience. The environment is elegant and refined but not pompous as one might think of a museum, indeed the works placed and not hung make it sober and welcoming. The brigade is led by Chef Angiolo Barni, a true master of his craft, his simply stellar cuisine is expressed through an eclectic and borderless menu which however always brings us back to familiar but never predictable flavours. The wine list is excellent, the selection and variety of labels are of the highest quality. To make the experience even more pleasant, the service was impeccable in terms of attention and punctuality. Myo is truly a must for anyone who lives in or passes through Prato, I highly recommend it.

15/03/2024: Very convenient place for those on business trips to Prato. It was the first time I visited this hotel. It will become my pied a terre. When I go to Prato. The half board restoration is excellent. The people who run this hotel are very courteous and make us feel at home. .
