For some years they have started an economic, but also cultural, activity with their inn "Casa Pleiadi" in Sant'Agapito (Isernia). It is a more unique than rare experience in this region, outside the major mass tourism routes. Lisa and Agapito have chosen to enhance the quality products of the area, they source them exclusively from local producers, thus creating a short supply chain that enriches the area with economic but above all human relationships. Their gastronomic offer is of the highest quality and extremely varied. We tasted "La Pia", a traditional Molise dish with solina wheat, and braised veal, marinated in dark beer always produced in the area. We were extremely gratified and enthusiastic about this gastronomic experience and meeting Lisa and Agapito.
