13/03/2024: Excellent! We chose this restaurant for its menu, particular but not too much. it is located a few km from Tivoli center, easy to reach and with parking. Very nice location with attention to detail, not too large (40 tables). The extraordinary, attentive but informal service that makes you feel at home. We opted for the à la carte meat menu. I have to say one of the best restaurants where I have eaten in recent years. The scottona tartare is a delicacy like the homemade pasta and the goose fillet. Homemade bread with super oil! The desserts are also delicious but the sweet encounter is a delicacy. Highly recommended!!! Keep it up. See you soon!

07/04/2024: Not a lot of choice on the menu but the essentials are there...! The pizza and other things that appear in the photos of the dishes offered highlighted on the site are missing. The puff pastry aubergine parmigiana is good. The desserts are good Small place, very friendly owner.

16/03/2024: Premetto che la cucina dello Chef Pascucci è strepitosa, probabilmente il miglior pasto a base di pesce fatto in un ristorante con una stella Michelin. Ciò che mi ha MOLTO deluso è la responsabile di sala (la moglie dello chef) che mi ha impedito di ordinare un antipasto per mia moglie e un primo piatto per me da far uscire insieme. Ne giro molti di ristoranti stellati, ma è la PRIMA volta che mi capita una cosa del genere (francamente non accade neanche in ristoranti di minore levatura). Morale della favola: la sala ha scelto come dovevamo ordinare, costringendomi a mangiare la seconda portata da solo, mentre mia moglie mi guardava. Che peccato, diversamente sarei sicuramente tornato. Consiglio ai viaggiatori: andate per il cibo, ma non aspettatevi un servizio all'altezza di quello che mangerete.

29/03/2024: I gave 4 stars to the environment, exclusively because it is a bit small and it's a big shame. Tried it blindly, but an experience absolutely worth repeating. Pleasant welcome, truly pleasant food confirming the passion that is evident in the dialogue that is established with the owners. Advised !!!

17/02/2024: Trovato per caso, un sabato a pranzo, tra i vicoli di Palestrina. Locale arredato di gusto e confortevole. Ottima cacio e pepe di qualità e altrettanto gli antipasti e il dolce che abbiamo assaggiato.

15/03/2024: I went to this restaurant to celebrate an important anniversary with my partner; really well-kept location, right in the center. Extremely friendly and very professional staff. Truly very interesting menu, we personally let ourselves be guided on a tasting journey by chef Vincenzo Well what can I say, everything was delicious. The professionalism of Massimiliano and Giuseppe was greatly appreciated and with their professionalism they literally pampered and guided us throughout the evening. Super-stocked wine list, with Italian and foreign excellence. I recommend the prawn tartare as well as the cuttlefish tartare with crispy chicory; first courses with the right balance of flavors enhancing the quality raw material. If you love good food you absolutely must stop by this place! Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful evening Nicholas!

07/04/2024: Vattani was great! We were recommended this restaurant by another restaurant and we are so glad we made reservations for our anniversary dinner. The wine they selected on our behalf was delicious and the service was perfect. Abdul made sure our dinner was spectacular! Some of our favorite dishes were the lobster pasta, gnocchi, and the chicken. Thank you!

06/04/2024: Beautiful, well-decorated terrace, friendly waiters, relatively good food, however the bottle of water costs €5, the cutlery costs €2 per person, the wine costs at least €10 per glass, all this adds up to a very high final bill (€105). for 2 people, 2 courses, only one glass of wine per person, no dessert)

24/03/2024: Excellent restaurant with a Sardinian touch, fish and more. Simple and excellent quality dishes. Friendly and prepared waiters. Definitely worth trying again.

04/04/2024: The perfect Spaghetti alla Carbonara! Surprisingly aromatic Spaghetti all'Amatriciana! Superbly matched wine! I spent the best evenings in Rome there! Lovely staff, great advice on the best dishes. Fantastic atmosphere for an everyday, homely yet exquisite gathering. Worth going there even from the other end of The City!

06/04/2024: Fantastic seafood and excellent service. Totally packed with locals and a very vibrant atmosphere away from the tourists. Raw seafood and grilled squid were my favorites.

23/03/2024: I passed by this place a few days ago. The food is of good quality, a shame about the first course, spaghetti with sea urchins, which the chef didn't like very well. The staff is friendly and very welcoming I'll give it another chance!

28/03/2024: I'll be back after 7 months. Good Chinese dishes, but too much glutamate. It's a shame because we could come more often, but in the morning only the taste of glutamate remains. But it will be a general problem of Chinese cuisine ------- First time at this place, everything was good! I always get rice spaghetti but I found these very good and cooked just right.

28/03/2024: Excellent well-furnished and very well-kept restaurant where you can eat both Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The menu is complete and the ingredients are of quality. Very kind staff.
