14/03/2024: We had a lovely evening in pleasant surroundings with friendly, smiling staff. Exquisite food with a wide choice of dishes. The fireplace further contributed to creating a nice atmosphere. We noticed a nice outdoor canopy that we would definitely like to try in the summer.
Spending proportionate to the quality of the food served.

31/03/2024: We spent 3 days in Cecina, like every year this year however, on Easter evening we went to the Cedrino restaurant, beautiful surroundings, sitting at the table the very friendly staff offered us a glass of delicious prosecco, my family had I took fish first courses, the little girl had pasta with tomato sauce, my husband and I ordered pizza, we ordered it shortly after and it arrived immediately with our dishes, everything was really good, plentiful and I can assure you that all this is difficult today but here everything is like this, the very good pizza, the desserts are the same, the guys who serve you are kind, good at doing their job. at the end of the dinner they also offered us a bitter. Congratulations to everyone, we will definitely be back, I recommend it without any negatives about the possibility of eating well, being treated excellently and the price is really good. Thanks also to the owner.

10/03/2024: Locale e cucina di altissimo livello. Gestito da giovani che non hanno nulla da invidiare allo storico proprietario che ha reso grande il nome del ristorante. Risotto al gambero rosso e linguine all'astice da applausi. Complimenti ragazzi, continuate così!

17/03/2024: Good food ... but intolerable service!! 5 people ... 3 fried dishes 1 first course 1 starter 1 grill....grill not received after 1 hour and 15 minutes!! gave up on the barbecue paid and we left if you don't know how to manage the kitchen and dining room change your job!!!!

31/03/2024: We called on February 8th to book for Easter, after a week we came in person to get the menu (after calling and being told that they would send it on WhatsApp). That same evening we called to confirm again. Today we showed up and the reservation wasn't there. Beyond the mistake that Easter Sunday cannot clearly be remedied, what is even more serious is not taking responsibility for the mistake, and not even trying to find a solution. Because being fully booked they rightly cared little about leaving a family without lunch. We will definitely not be returning again.

Japanese Fusion Restaurant Sushi.ba

07/04/2024: It used to be the best sushi restaurant in Cecina and I always gave it several stars, but lately the quality has dropped. The fish remains good but not as delicious as before: salmon, salmon tartare and much other sushi appears to be more "spicy" and less tasty. This flavor that is now given to the dishes makes them less inviting and it is not clear why this choice was made: I and the diners present at the table did not like this new flavor of the fish.
The portions in general are then much smaller, with sometimes "mini" proportions, such as for many types of rolls included in the new menu, for soy spaghetti, etc. (perhaps this is done to avoid food waste).
There isn't much attention given to the variety and type of sauces to be found on the table: you have to ask separately for the soy sauce with less salt (the one in the package with the green cap), the teriaki sauce and the wasabi, which if not requested are not placed on the table as is done in many other sushi restaurants. The dishes are then served practically all together and you don't have time to enjoy them with the necessary calm. In short, the impression is that now we are going to "save money" while prices have increased despite the quality-price ratio, quality which has certainly decreased. We will not return to this place.
04/04/2024: Absolutely the best Japanese restaurant on the Livorno coast. Beautiful venue. Accurate dishes and original flavours.

12/01/2024: Pessima esperienza: locale anonimo e triste. Abbastanza antipatico il gestore che l’entree la scaraventa sul tavolo senza nemmeno garbo, biascicando il contenuto del piatto.
Antipasto nella norma. Secondo pessimo: scampi puzzolenti e cucinati troppo per coprire la loro anzianità. Speso troppo, troppo per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Test non superato. Esperienza non ripetibile.
01/10/2023: È sempre un piacere ritornare in questo ristorante. La sua cucina non delude mai piatti ben presentati delicati e ben bilanciati i dolci ottimi il gelato a dir poco meraviglioso.

01/10/2023: Un’ora per ordinare e un’altra ora per avere la prima portata. Servizio pessimo, nemmeno il vino ci hanno aperto, ci hanno lasciato direttamente l’apribottiglie per fare da soli.
Per non parlare del conto, non era stato effettuato uno scontrino per avere un riscontro del prezzo totale e quando richiesto, ci siamo accorti che era stato tutto aumentato di 1/2€ rispetto a quanto riportato sul menu. Ma il forte della serata è stato vedere €17 per 7 caffè, ovvero più di €2 l’uno. Non ci torneremo mai più.
25/08/2023: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante di passaggio da Marina di Cecina. Il ristorante ha un aspetto retrò, personale gentilissimo e accoglienza familiari. La cucina veramente molto buona, ottimi prodotti cucinati egregiamente. Prezzi nella media.

27/12/2023: Molta affettazione poca sostanza. Siamo rimasti molto delusi da questo posto di cui ci avevano ben parlato. Stretto, angusto, piatti senza infamia senza lode ma il conto si fa sentire eccome!! Non torneremo.
27/09/2023: Bellissima esperienza culinaria nel centro storico di Cecina dove inaspettatamente abbiano cenato e bevuto con qualità. Pesce fresco in modalità crudo e cotto di ottimo livello con un retrogusto di alta classe. Complimenti.
