I don't find the tomato fortified with chilli pepper to be as strong as they say, but very tasty, it gives that extra touch to the pizza.

07/02/2024: I didn't like it because the pizza chef was picking his nose, and thinking that he was kneading the pizzas with his hands made me vomit.

04/01/2024: I love this restaurant... I'm fond of it for personal reasons, but Enrico and Gavina are splendid. The courses are varied and particular, the accompanying wine is excellent. Recommended both for lunches or dinners on special occasions (New Year's Eve, Christmas, Valentine's Day) and for "business" lunches. Elegant and pleasant but "warm", familiar environment. We were there last time for New Year's Eve and had a great time.
