28/03/2024: Bun Ben Bon grazie mille. The food was a dream. The wine recommendations and the great, pleasant, friendly service make for a lovely gastronomic experience. If you have any questions about the menu when choosing, the friendly lady can also speak very good English. I will definitely come back.

26/03/2024: Recommended. from a customer for lunch. Really a great choice although beyond my "business lunch" standards. The restaurant is located in an area outside the town center, with some convenient parking. Cozy place, warm atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff, very clear in their explanations of the dishes. After tasting the Cartoccio of Roccaverano cheese flavored with rosemary, I tried the durum wheat tagliatelle with Nizza hunchbacked cardoons and bagna cauda. Some fresh pasta with Piedmontese meat sauce, some traditional Agnolotti. The desserts are also excellent: truly exceptional Piedmontese bonet and warm hazelnut cake with cream ice cream. Excellent price when compared to the quality of the dishes and the service, a little high for a business lunch. Ideal for bringing clients to "impress" or to enjoy exquisite Piedmontese dishes as a couple or with friends.

A place with attention to detail and managed by a Chinese couple, he in the kitchen, she in the dining room with young guys at the service. 16/03/2024: today we waited 10 minutes in line to get a table, in the end we sat down and didn't take our order for 30 minutes. terrible service, the waitress saw that I had shown that we were ready to place an order and left. I don't recommend it.

02/03/2024: I can only review the restaurant having been there for dinner with a group and eaten vegan, requested well in advance, a hummus and battered vegetables, very sad and a pear 🍐 cooked as dessert for €33. absurd. I would never go to a restaurant like this, not only do you eat a side dish for dinner, but at a cost that isn't worth it for the location, and I travel a lot. I do not recommend it for vegan gourmets.

22/02/2024: The restaurant: sublime 2 stars, fine and authentic cuisine, what a farandole of appetizers! Beauty of agnolotti, pigeon, risotto, accompanied by absolutely impeccable service. Incredible sommelier, who speaks admirably about the region's wines, and insisted on changing a bottle that he did not consider up to his reputation. A cozy atmosphere far from the world... The hotel, on the other hand, is a major disappointment. Monk's rooms for an old convent I like, but the paint could do with freshening up, and the spaces are poorly soundproofed. The common areas lack warmth: unlit fireplace, no flowers, no music... It's a real shame to make a place with so much potential so ordinary. The service is cordial but above all business-like, with the exception of the bartender who was very pleasant. Spa: crowded and noisy, even by reservation. Not enough deckchairs, not enough glasses... Ridiculous.

FANTASTICO 😍 Il giovane Boffa unisce tradizione ed innovazione creando accostamenti degni di restare non solo nelle papille gustative ma negli occhi e nel cuore Difficile scegliere tra i capolavori presentati ma se proprio bisogna premiare con un punteggio extra dei piatti la lode per noi spetta al risotto con la bisque di gamberi ed all'anguilla ai peperoni. 31/03/2024: I went to dinner with relatives and I must say that we were all very satisfied. Friendly and attentive staff, clean and welcoming location. Personally I had a tasting menu which was three starters, a first course, a second course and dessert. The house wine was all very good. I will absolutely return.

25/03/2024: We had lunch at the Bistrot Ca'Vittoria which is adjacent to the "starred" restaurant. In Piedmontese it would be called "Bumbunin" (favor), that is to say a small but elegant place, with background music that relaxes and cheers you up. The staff were friendly, courteous and prepared. The particular, fantastic menu, an experience of new and unique flavours. Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: Osteria in a characteristic and small town, located high up, near a park and a tower. Good and homemade food. Good cheeses and tajarin with porcini mushrooms. Generous portions. We had lunch in the room upstairs, welcoming and warm.
