17/03/2024: We went for lunch with a group of about twenty-five. We booked the Piedmontese fried dish for some non-Piedmontese friends who wanted to try it. And this restaurant has an ancient tradition of fried food, confirmed as excellent. Precise, fast, professional, excellent service. Quality of the product offered and truly elegant mis en place. Of course, you have to go and look for it, but for this all you need is a map and… it's worth the trip. Excellent value for money.
13/03/2024: I am writing this review because I am annoyed by the lack of care in the service. If the lady doesn't feel like it, stay at home.
Completely abandoned to ourselves because she had to go home. Account unclear.
It's a shame.

I plin burro e salvia sono semplici e genuini come i formaggi 7 assaggi di ottimi prodotti locali
Il tortino di nocciole con lo zabaione chiude un pranzo familiare semplice e veloce
Il coperto a tre euro è un po fuori luogo,anche se c'è un buon tovagliato
L'accoglienza e il servizio sono molto cordiali
Scontato 20% un conto da 34 euro a testa innaffiato da una barbera sfusa buona

Menu con proposte anche originali: ottima preparazione e presentazione.
Carta dei vini ampia ed interessante.

Era tanto che non trovavamo un ristorante così..
Eccellente servizio e piatti di alto livello; un connubio perfetto.
Un’atmospera speciale, e’ sembrato di pranzare in famiglia.
Siamo rimasto, come i nostri ospiti, colpiti ed entusiasti.
Grazie ai giovani chef e proprietari.
Torneremo presto.

06/11/2023: Excellent food made at the moment by D.O.C.G pastry shops or bakers, warm environment, excellent and fast service unless there are special requests, the owner gives you the right attention and makes you smile even if it's not a busy day. A great place to intelligently exchange words and make acquaintances.
