The biscuits taste good, genuine, the classic simple biscuits but made with excellent raw materials and experience! They're addictive! It's set in a former cinema, with high ceilings. Amazing, personal service - and all for a very reasonable price. Value for money, frankly one of the best restaurants in Italy, and beyond.

Beautiful SPA, very kind and professional staff, rooms and furnishings of the highest quality, cleanliness, comfort, everything SUPER!! Prestigious hotel, panoramic restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, gym with the best personal trainer I have ever known... Hotel absolutely recommended and worth trying!!

02/04/2024: The structure is beautiful, the common spaces are super fashionable, while the rooms are more classic but spacious and comfortable. The spa is amazing and the massages are super. The restaurant was excellent. But the best thing about the structure is the staff from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa, well-trained and extremely kind people. Highly recommended we will definitely return.

23/03/2024: Nice place, great for a quick lunch, aperitif and even breakfast. Delicious pizzas and focaccias, very good ice cream too! I often come for lunch and have never been disappointed, the place is really pleasant and the veranda terrace overlooking the lake is very scenic! There is little parking in front but 30 meters away there is a dirt parking lot... Recommended on all fronts!

03/03/2024: Sono sta in questo ristorante sia su settimana dove offrono un menù più semplice ma buono specialmente il venerdì hanno un fritto di calamari e gamberi mitico. Domenica scorsa abbiamo mangiato pesce molto buono ben cucinato e con una buona scelta. Posto da provare noi ci torniamo sovente.

24/02/2024: We have been customers since they opened and over the years we have found the continuous commitment to improve, with the right mix of quality and price they are personally the best in Biella. One thing I would like to point out is the girl who serves ''la GAIA'' who has distinctly commercial skills and with her actions she often makes you think about the menu and you almost always fall for it. Last night, for example, we were forced to eat the Catalan dessert "among other things, excellent, I recommend it", then yesterday again on his advice we ate a proposal, which three out of three we named the best 2024 with artisanal cobbler accompanied from a local beer, produced by a micro-brewery born in Candelo and which, with everyone's pride, is going a long way, try it, it's rosé and has had national recognition but I don't remember the name. However, as usual, an evening with friends, which after a bit of sport, ended with the satisfaction of the senses. Thanks see you next time
