06/04/2024: We had lunch the week before Easter, the place has been renovated and is brighter. The staff were kind and affable. The food was as excellent as I remembered it. We chose menus at €28 including 2 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 desserts. All really good with a touch of originality and refinement. I highly recommend it.

The kind and knowledgeable owner knows how to advise very well from the excellent wine list, we ate excellently cooked fish. The dining room staff, in particular Francesca, were top!!! I advise

24/02/2024: Cibo ottimo , preparato con ingredienti del territorio e non solo e, siccome anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte, impiattamenti molto ben eseguiti. Servizio eccellente. Importante carta dei vini che David propone con maestria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Insomma : concedetevi un buon pasto , ne vale la pena.

Truly "extraordinary" location in which food and very good wines - for me - have taken a back seat.

28/03/2024: Excellent restaurant led by Giulio, a local well known wine specialist. A good place to try the wines of this region accompanied by suitable dishes. The wine cellar is a separate miracle! Thanks for the advice with wineries and Barolo Chinato.

04/03/2024: Bel locale, ma qualcosa è da migliorare. Il parcheggio del ristorante andrebbe evidenziato, il servizio buono, ma a parte i proprietari, gli altri poco empatici. Il menù dovrebbe essere completo e comprendere il menù degustazione, che esiste, ma non è scritto da nessuna parte e nessuno ce lo ha proposto. Il menù comprende terra e mare, la scelta è buona e varia. Buoni gli antipasti, la pasta buona, ma il ragù era poco saporito. Ottimo il secondo, buono anche il dessert. Conto buono rapportando qualità e prezzo.

One of the things I love most is the fact that there are few seats and that - therefore - you can spend lunch or dinner talking without noise. The raw material is not only of quality: it is well worked, with an incredible study. The scallop with cotechino and dove is something stratospheric, unthinkable. The fois gras melted in your mouth.. in short… you are fantastic! From the living room to the kitchen!!

27/03/2024: Typical Piedmontese cuisine at a fixed price. Everything excellent and impeccable service. I particularly appreciated the choice and attention to vegetarians. Certainly worth trying if you are in Cuneo.
