01/04/2024: We had an unforgettable weekend and would love to come back. The hotel is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Our room facing the courtyard was very quiet, everything was perfectly clean, free minibar… The breakfast is very rich and the egg dishes are freshly prepared (these were also very tasty). The bar is ideal for an aperitif (the small snacks are already a foretaste of the restaurant) The highlight for us was the restaurant! Absolutely top class in every dish. Price/performance is more than excellent and the friendly service in every area is remarkable. The hotel does not have its own parking lot - but there is enough space for loading and unloading and a free parking garage just a few meters away. (Thanks to the team for the breadsticks, I was really happy)

14/03/2024: I stayed here for one night. I was struck by the staff: young, competent and helpful. The building is a recently renovated historic residence. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed. Silence. Bathroom with impressive shower space. Bathrobe, slippers, shower liquids, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Free mini bar. Safe. TV with Sky and foreign channels. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Abundant breakfast, ranging from sweet to savory including the offer of typical local products. I also had lunch in the restaurant. Rich menu and, although I chose to have lunch with a crunchy salad and a dessert, I was fully satisfied. Therefore, a highly positive experience.

26/03/2024: I was yesterday on the day of the motorbike rally, ate well as usual but the appetizers were too cold. Negative note, I really noticed that they first served all the bikers under the cabaret then once they finished serving them then they started serving us inside, I think it's not enough professional given that the price was the same for both us and them. The excuse that the motorcyclists are in a hurry is a lie because once they finished lunch between 3.30pm and 4.00pm they would no longer go to the seaside or to the mountains. Instead of diverting all the waiters outside, it was enough to keep three inside and carry on with everyone's meals at the same time. If you increase a traditional lunch from 28 to 30 euros you must also increase the quality of the service otherwise you are just demonstrating that you want to make money. The biggest mistake is thinking that the customer is stupid, the customer is smarter than you and sees all the flaws

11/03/2024: I was invited to dinner at this restaurant at the end of the past week. Since it is a place I don't know, I first look for some information online and discover with great curiosity that, for family reasons, they offer cuisine mainly inspired by the Ligurian, Piedmontese and Apulian traditions. So I decide to order, from the menu, a dish that I already know is representative for each of these regions and in particular: - Vitello tonnato (typical Piedmontese appetizer) - Orecchiette with burnt wheat, Roman broccoli and fried breadcrumbs (typical Apulian first course) - Local rabbit with Ligurian Vermentino (typical Ligurian second course) finishing with a hazelnut cake with zabaglione and coffee. All excellent and each cooked, in my opinion, according to the best tradition: the veal with tuna cooked to perfection and plated in an exemplary way, the orecchiette with the correct consistency, tasty but not too savory and the rabbit with a very delicate flavour, but certainly not tasteless. From the wine list which, as far as I have seen, does not focus on the usual renowned wineries, but gives ample space to small and less well-known producers, I choose a Barbera d'Asti which does not disappoint due to territorial affinity. The environment is welcoming, the service is punctual and quick, but not rushed; the prices are consistent with the quality and quantity of the food offered (for the dishes chosen, approximately €50.00 cover charge, water and wine included).

30/03/2024: Avevo forse troppe aspettative visto anche le foto che hanno messo sul sito . Il personale disponibile è super gentile . Purtroppo devo dire che nn mi ha entusiasmato la carne . Alcuni piatti erano addirittura sgradevoli al palato . Dota nolente il menù … All you can it con 31 euro poi però siamo arrivati a 55 euro a testa con 2 cocktail a testa , una bottiglia da 24 euro a testa di vino ( quindi la media è di 6 euro ) e 3 dolci . Fatta una volta come esperienza e va bene così

23/02/2024: It is the third time we have come to dine in this restaurant and we have always had a great time, especially for the quality of the raw materials and the combinations in the dishes. Unfortunately this evening, beyond the fact that the nigiri combinations were less elaborate than previous occasions, the sushi rice was a little raw than usual. I hope you accept this review not as a criticism of the restaurant and that it was simply a mistake.

26/03/2024: I ate in the lounge bar at midday and the atmosphere has nothing to envy of the ancient vaults of the traditional restaurant. Superlative cuisine with traditional local dishes revisited with class and taste. High quality raw materials are evident. Friendly and welcoming staff. A small detail... the parmesan for the first courses should be left at the table... if you want more you have to ask.
