30/03/2024: I have gone there several times, always with great satisfaction. For the refined and elegant environment, for the attentive, professional but pampering service, for the excellent cuisine. The Chef offers dishes with attention to the smallest details, with perfect combinations and a certain French style that makes everything even more fascinating. The menu offers regional and non-regional wines, with some French gems that I appreciated. For all this he deserves the star. We will be back

Large place with good space between the tables set with good taste and quality. Excellent bread, breadsticks and flatbreads. Really excellent food, all good, well presented, adequate times. Price 2 starters, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, 1 peeler, 2 coffees €85 good value for money, excellent and plentiful courtesy pastries with coffee, courtesy starter, excellent music in the background. Perhaps the place, in my opinion, needs a touch of style, to add the added value it deserves. because it's excellent.

25/03/2024: What to say? Let's start with the location, in addition to having a beautiful view of the hills, the design and all the details are extremely well thought out. The rooms are beautiful as is the restaurant/lobby and also the spa with a breathtaking view. The staff are truly delightful, service top notch!! Not to mention the food, we had dinner on Saturday evening, two starters, two second courses and a dessert, all really excellent, from the plating to the raw materials. The attention to gluten-free is excellent, they brought me a delicious gluten-free focaccia, the best I've ever eaten, obviously made by them! I recommend it and we will return!❤️

06/04/2024: We stopped at Barbabuc for one night and it was a really pleasant discovery! The owner couple was very kind and helpful from the moment of booking. We arrived late in the evening and they welcomed us and also prepared dinner for us even though the kitchen was closed. Delicious artichoke plin!! Thank you, if we were to find ourselves in the area again we would happily return.

05/01/2024: Ristorante senz'altro più ricercato del solito agriturismo. Mise en place semplice ed elegante. Servizio accurato. Menù degustazione vario e di buona qualità. Ottimi i Tajiarin al tartufo. Carta dei vini ampia con buone etichette. Ricarico sui vini nella norma. Giusto il rapporto qualità /prezzo. Tappa consigliata per visitare le bellezze della zona.
