27/03/2024: Anyone who discovers this place by chance will hardly believe their eyes and taste buds at what is presented! In a rustic atmosphere, regional specialties are offered that are of top quality! Everything homemade and fresh! There is also a wine list with regional hits that you don't always find even in top restaurants. I would rather give this store a Michelin star than 1 star stores in my hometown of Cologne!

05/11/2023: Brand new management taken over by the guys who until recently ran Casa Ciabotto and who, unfortunately, were deprived of their historic place. Fortunately, in a very short time they were able to resume activity in the taste shop while continuing to provide a high quality service. The location is certainly less suggestive, but more modern and the summer terrace is large and pleasant. The food always excellent. The respectable wine list. Truly exceptional Tajarin (the divine ragù). We hope that the Ciabotto project can continue for a long time in this new place

21/11/2023: Credo di poter dire che è sicuramente sul podio tra i migliori posti in cui ho mangiato! Probabilmente è al primo posto! Locale carino ed accogliente in una bella location (possibile anche dormirci, peccato averlo scoperto dopo). Personale gentile e disponibile (quasi tutto, magari un sorriso in più non ci starebbe male). Menù con varie proposte di piatti tipici, a volte un po' rivisitati con successo. Ottima carta dei vini con bottiglie per tutte le tasche. La cena inizia bene con un apetizer offerto dalla casa: una specie di bignè/amaretto salato ripieno di robiola (buonissimo). Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (vitello tonnato e millefoglie di zucca, veramente eccezionali), 2 secondi (guancia di maiale e diaframma di vitello, assolutamente stupefacenti) e per dessert il tris di dolci tipici: bonet, torta di nocciole e panna cotta con riduzione di Verduno; sono amante del bonet ed apprezzo la torta di nocciole, ma dopo il primo assaggio mi sono lasciato la panna cotta per ultima perché era fenomenale l'abbinamento con la riduzione, ma tutti e tre i dolci erano buonissimi. Sul conto finale vanno aggiunti una bottiglia d'acqua, una buona bottiglia di vino e due caffè, per una spesa procapite di circa 55€ che a mio parere sono assolutamente meritati e ben spesi. Complimenti ed arrivederci a presto, sicuramente desideriamo ritornarci per assaporare qualche altra proposta!

07/11/2023: Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno di una mia amica, abbiamo preso tutte un antipasto e un primo/secondo. Alcuna mie amiche hanno delle allergie/intolleranzeve e prontamente la cameriera ha fatto in modo che nessuno stesse male. Tutte molto soddisfatte, ottima qualità e personale molto gentile.
