17/03/2024: Bad place. They tease us right from the moment of booking by saying that there will be an evening of starters and main courses, but the truth is that the first courses don't really exist on their menu. Furthermore, theme evenings are generally advertised with special menus of which we find no trace. We booked for 10/11, they only set the table for 10 and we had to suggest the solution for the missing place because they were totally within their bubble. Cuisine with limited choice and mediocre quality, absolutely unsuitable for children even if they are already grown up. We agree on a simple steak in oil for the children, but then it is brought as marked on the card and not as agreed. When we point this out and that it was requested by two mothers with their positive consent, they deny it. When asked if it is possible to have a simple steak to cook, they answer impossible, too bad the list included more meat-based dishes. The same response to the request for cooked ham but also in this case cold cuts are present in the list. After a while they appear with a dish that they pass off as cooked ham, which however resembled the worst, only to turn out to be the veal with tuna sauce ordered by others. To make up for the fact that my son is only eating bread, they offer to offer his plate, too bad that my son is still fasting due to their unwillingness to meet the needs of a child. To complete the pitiful drama, the waitress scolds my children because, according to her, they scream, too bad the place was full of tipsy and noisy kids. Definitely a place to which we not only will not return but which we strongly advise against. There has never been so little attention paid to children. A place that makes you regret having gone out for dinner and which rightfully ranks in the lowest category in terms of professional seriousness. Catering, if that can be called shameful, in which the customer is mocked 360 degrees.
