07/04/2024: I am a customer who has frequented the restaurant several times and I have ordered pizza for home delivery several times. Since they changed management there have been a lot of problems. Once I ordered 3 pizzas I was told for 8pm after an hour at 9pm I called and they told me that the pizza could not be delivered because there was an argument in the restaurant... They didn't even bother to call. Another time, always with home delivery, the pizzas in the box were the baby version... this time I go to get two pizzas in the restaurant and after being told half an hour or 50 minutes, I let the waitress know if I had to wait any longer , he replies, I had already told him that he would have to wait. When it was delivered to me, as if that weren't enough, the completely stained boxes, one semi-destroyed.. so I decide to check just one pizza.. And I point this out to the waiters, who in a very rude way tells me I'll tell the owner, and we'll let you know .. I reply Sorry, can't I speak to the owner? I'm sorry, he's busy, we'll let you know, I said goodbye, have a good evening.. To avoid controversy I'm leaving.. I get in the car and decide to check the other pizza and this one was even smaller than the other.. I decide to go back in and talk to the waiter who in a very arrogant way with a smile repeats to me I'm sorry I told her that I would have reported to the owner.. According to this rude waiter she should have left and kept quiet after paying a Sicilian 8.80 and a tuna onions 9.. I head towards the kitchen, Knock I open the door without entering I call the owner to tell him about the problem since according to them I should leave and stay quiet.. He also replies that the pizzas are normal. Annoyed, he replies okay, come on, I'll do it again. The boy still allows himself to answer me and tell me that I shouldn't have allowed myself to go to the kitchen, a boy of barely twenty years old who is not able to carry out this job, because not everyone is suited to being in contact with the public.. The new pizzas were delivered to me by another waitress plus the previous ones with a tone as if they were making fun of me, the owner said to keep the other two too.. I attach photos not only of the previous ones but also of the two new ones where you can also notice that the ingredients were thrown away randomly. As a sign of disfigurement.. As a Sardinian, I tell you that if you were in Sardinia you lasted a week if you treated the people of your land like that. You have enlarged the place but you have not been able to find adequate staff, furthermore the takeaway pizzas have also gotten worse..

01/04/2024: Excellent pizza. The best thing is that I can also take my Vegan children to eat Vegan pizza. Well done.

21/08/2023: Il Balmone é situato sulla collina che domina la pista di Motocross di Maggiora, un luogo mitico per chi ama questo sport! Il rischio di creare un locale/tributo é stato ottimamente gestito, il locale é bello, ricco di cenni alla storia locale ed equilibrato. L’accoglienza ed il servizio di sala sono degni di nota, personale cortese, disponibile e sempre pronto a dispensare consigli e suggerimenti. Il menù é vario, sia pesce che carne, ottimi i primi, buonissimi i dolci! Assolutamente da provare il dessert chiamato “nocciole,nocciole,nocciole” Tocco di classe: il pane, lievitazione lunghissima, farina Top , lievito madre. Super consigliato!
