01/10/2023: Excellent, both for a snack and for a real meal. Excellent gofri, both sweet and savory. Parking available and a wooden house where you can sit protected from bad weather. Very kind and forgiving.

30/03/2024: Super recommended! We went on 03/30 for lunch and everything was perfect, delicious starters (cotechino with puree and polenta baskets), super and local pierrade, as always, wonderful. The owner and her collaborator are very kind and welcoming. Well done!
08/03/2024: I'm a bit disappointed, the restaurant looks very good, very posh and a bit too "decorated ".
The wine we wanted was out of stock , which can happen.
But the typical menu is almost a scam: 22 euro per person for a few hundred grams of meat , with lots of chicken and turkey. The hot stone looks like a good idea for paying less people in the kitchen.
Not a good experience .

Suitable for romantic dinners.
Definitely not cheap and unfortunately immediately on the road but with reserved parking.

Ambiente caratteristico, personale gentile, buona cucina e buoni vini.
Perfetto!
Ampio parcheggio a fianco del locale.
11/02/2024: Locale grande, vicino al posteggio, tavoli ben suddivisi.
Personale veloce e rapido. Noi abbiamo preso il tris di polenta e selvaggina con fonduta molto buono.

We had dinner with friends (8 people) and at the time of the bill we asked for a separate bill making ourselves available to calculate the price (per couple) we were entitled to, unfortunately we were treated in the most horrible way. The gentleman at the checkout yelled at us and banged things and threatened to call the police.
Furthermore, after having agreed to pay on his terms, given that there was no dialogue possible, he began to scream again thinking why he thought I hadn't paid, and even though he had the receipt of the payment (via POS) he insisted with extreme rudeness on not having received the payment and reiterating the exact words several times: "but who gave you your education?"
I have never been treated this way, I left the place with a lump in my throat.

11/12/2023: A place that has changed management frequently for some years. The location is dark, but the dark colors chosen for the walls make it colder and sadder than in the past. 5 patrons in total, 3 people behind the counter and we had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes for a cappuccino. Avoid croissants, cold cappuccino. Having breakfast in front of a sink full of stagnant dirty water without any of the staff realizing that it needed to be emptied and above all the fact that the same water is used even if dirty to rinse more dishes is not a good business card.

09/03/2024: Per caso rientrando da una gita fuori porta ci fermiamo in questo ristorante , dopo aver letto buone recensioni e devo dire che quanto letto ha rispecchiato in tutto l’ottima esperienza vissuta .
Ristorante piccolo , familiare , il menù montanaro non troppo variegato ma di qualità , servizio attento e le efficace ..
Abbiamo preso un mix di antipasti sia freddi che caldi sotto consiglio del proprietario a seguire salsiccia con funghi e polenta …
Locale consigliato , torneremo sicuramente

05/01/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante sia a pranzo che a cena.
A partire dallo scenario dove si trova, gode di una vista davvero unica, il servizio è molto celere, le portate sono abbondanti, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Avevamo con noi anche la nostra cagnolina è stata ammessa senza alcun problema.
La cucina è davvero straordinaria, consiglio di provare il cotechino panato, è una prelibatezza unica... sicuramente un posto dove ritornarci, l'accoglienza e la familiarità sono davvero cosa rara ai tempi d'oggi.
Consigliato vivamente!

21/01/2024: Rifugio super accogliente! Gli gnocchi fatti in casa sono spettacolari, li consiglio assolutamente! Siamo saliti con amici e ci siamo fermati a dormire..le camere da 2/4 o 6 persone sono molto moderne e pulite, i letti sono comodissimi e basta portare il sacco lenzuolo perché c'è già il piumone.
Consigliatissimo!
03/01/2024: Arrivati al Rifugio dopo una bella escursione sul sentiero dedicato alle ciaspole. I ragazzi che gestiscono (nuova gestione) sono molto gentili e disponibili. I piatti ottimi e i prezzi molto onesti. Amici degli animali :-)
Ci tornerò anche senza neve!

24/08/2023: Dopo una escursione trekking ci siamo fermati a pranzo... antipasto..vino locale e dessert tutto molto buono... ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità persone autentiche e cordiali.
20/08/2023: Ci Siamo stati domenica 20/8 a pranzo,abbiamo trovato un ottima accoglienza, dell’ottimo cibo sicuramente se ritorno in val Chisone programmerò una sosta in questo locale
