30/03/2024: Very well maintained hotel, tasteful decoration. Run by a family who cares about a job well done. Very efficient and naturally smiling service. The restaurant and breakfast offer local specialties, cheeses, cold meats...Located in a very quiet village but close to the ski lifts. A real gem, we will return.

31/03/2024: Very delicious Italian eatery. We had the beef tartare, it was well seasoned and I love the addition of white truffles. Pasta dishes were well cooked and presented as well. Bit on the pricier side but well worth every penny spent!

27/03/2024: It was good but not excellent either. We took 2 starters, One was good with buratta but the other was quite bland. Then we had 3 dishes (for 2). The lamb was good but the pasta was good without being amazing. Sometimes we want to seek the highest note but we almost end up disappointed.. The Fomo..

14/03/2024: In my experience one of the best restaurants in this region. All local ingrediënts, cooked with love. Our waiter, Marco, gave good advices concerning the wines. Pricelevel is normal, foodquality is very high. To get there, the transfer with the skidoo, is a beautiful part of the experience.

11/03/2024: My wife and I have been coming to Jouvenceaux for the past 17 years for our annual ski holiday. Since Max opened Rifugio Grange Tachier we choose to dine there one evening each time we visit. The restaurant offers authentic regional dishes and is simply the best one we have eaten in, in this area. The flavours and the selection of food is amazing and the portions huge. This is a must if you are in the area. The owner Max can arrange a Ski-doo trip to get you to the restaurant if you are here during winter. A great way to arrive as well as being a lot of fun. Looking forward to visiting next year again.

08/01/2024: Bellissima location resa ancor più affascinante dalla nevicata che ci ha accompagnato durante la serata. Il menù offre una buona scelta. Il primo con carne di cervo è sublime. Molto buoni anche gli antipasti, i secondi e i dolci. Ampia la carta dei vini. Servizio effettuato da uno staff giovane, attento e preciso. Bravi!

17/03/2024: Last day lunch before heading to the airport. Great location in the main square serving delicious pizzas in the sunshine. Well worth a visit when the sun’s shining.

31/03/2024: You go down three steps and SBAM... you enter a warm environment, greeted by a smile, you are accompanied to the table and the magic begins. We had dinner on Easter Sunday and had a great time. The children opted for pizza while we let ourselves be carried away by the head nurse's advice... it was a escaletion after another starting from the appetizers "baked tomino with potatoes, bresaola and bruschetta" we then moved on to the "garganelli sausage and mushrooms" and "sliced ​​rocket and cherry tomatoes" all accompanied by excellent Roero. We finished with "tiramisu and strudel". EMOTION is the title I give to the evening as well as thanking for the experience. Compliments!

29/03/2024: Years ago I ate better. In March, for work, I stopped by for the workers' fixed menu. The spaghetti with mussels didn't have mussels (the shells) but my neighbor's plate did (customers who ate the à la carte menu). As a second course, grilled sea bream and mixed salad. Wine water and coffee.... Sunshine is always a nice sight though....

30/03/2024: Very nice small hotel with lovely staff. Food was good and location is perfect if you are there for the skiing. 10 minutes walk to village.

17/03/2024: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of town which specialises in pasta dishes - another winning recommendation from a friend. The portions are generous and the quality is excellent. The restaurant is based on sharing with minimum 2 person portion sizes. Make sure you turn up with a decent appetite. There is so much to choose from - the wild boar was an absolute winner, so much so that we had to order a second bowl and the carbonara was second to none. We rolled out of the restaurant fit to burst.

11/03/2024: Beautiful location, very well looked after and welcoming, the dishes we tasted reminded me so much of the flavors of home, all delicious. We felt really at ease, very good.

05/04/2024: Excellent location just outside the center of Sauze, if the weather permits you can enjoy excellent cuisine and then relax by the lake on comfortable deckchairs. Reasonable prices for the quality of the dishes, and for those who love fishing, you can have a little fun with trout fishing.

14/02/2024: This is just a bungalow with a fishing pond but the people make it a nice place. Aperol Spritz at 6€, 40CL draftbeer at 4€ accompanied by a snack from the house makes it a great place to have your aperitivo when returning from the Gran Bosco nature reserve.

Arrivi in motoslitta e cena a 1900 mt immersi nella neve in questa meravigliosa baita allestita a natale! 6 tipi di polenta a scelta Tantissime soluzioni per me senza glutine incluso una cream brûlé alle castagne sensazionale! Complimenti torneremo! Qualità prezzo ottimo!

16/02/2024: Wonderful food and extremely friendly staff. I would never have expected it from the outside, but this is the best restaurant at which I ate in Sauze. Great tagliata and delicious local pasta dishes. I wish I had found this place earlier.

25/01/2024: Fantastic bar, great decor (going back to the 70's, really distinctive and cool) and ambience. Lovely lady, Paola, who runs it (and has run it since 1978!!) is really cool and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She's happy to recommend all sorts of interesting Italian drinks, samples etc (Amaro, Nocino, grappa, home made Arancello, etc) Occasionally gets the karaoke out - great fun place and really low-key and relaxed place to have a quiet drink with friends after a day on the slopes. Love it, will come back to Sauze specifically to visit this bar.

08/01/2024: Ottima location per prendere il sole e fare uno spuntino o colazione. Non bisogna aver fretta perche nel solarium ampio e comodo c'è il giusto relax della montagna.

03/03/2024: Conosciamo questo ristorante da anni, poiché abbiamo una casa di famiglia a Sauze d’Oulx. Luca è uno splendido anfitrione e il locale, piccolo e molto curato, ha la caratteristica di farti sentire completamente a tuo agio, come se fossi a casa di amici. Sempre ottimi i piatti, con ingredienti di stagione e caratteristiche legate alla tradizione locale dell’alta Val di Susa. Ottimi i primi e le carni, sempre abbondanti le razioni. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini proposti. Non perdete l’occasione di una buona cena al Cantun!

19/02/2024: Piccolo locale nel cuore del centro storico, bellissima location, ottimo cibo e ampia carta dei vini. Dolci super e soprattutto cordiale e gentile il gestore. Bravi ci tornerò sicuramente!
