I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in L'aquila

17/03/2024: Ieri sera al Faraone era tutto pieno. La pizza ci é arrivata subito dopo dieci minuti! Ricordo in tanti anni attese anche di una ora in altre pizzerie di sabato sera. Stavo pensando al mistero di come una pizza che cuoce in 3 minuti potesse avere tempi di attesa biblici . Nel mentre pensavo al peggio é arrivata la mia capricciosa. al Faraone é la migliore pizzeria dell'aquilano . Servizio strepitoso e c'è il mitico Salvatore da anni in sala.Nessuna pizza riesco a divorarla se non qui o a Napoli. Tornato a casa a pochi km da qui bella dormita di 10 ore. Cosa significa? Che la pizza é pure digeribile! Ma lo sapevo sono cliente da anni del posto soprattutto d'estate .Solo conferme e dopo anni gli ho voluto dedicare questa mia recensione su TripAdvisor.

16/03/2024: Very positive experience. Very welcoming location with finishes that recall the beauties of Abruzzo. Welcoming and clean, the staff very qualified and helpful. Really excellent quality of the raw material. We ate: ricotta ravioli with mushrooms and walnuts, spaghetti alla guitar with wild boar, juniper and mountain pine; to conclude an EXCEPTIONAL grilled lamb. Congratulations to all the staff 😊

The pasta is still rolled out by hand by the owner and the portions are gigantic ‼️ Excellent cuisine, kindness of the staff, availability for bookings also on WhatsApp. The only flaw if I really have to find it are the spaces, I hope as they say they are arranging a larger location. Super recommended ‼️

26/03/2024: Excellent quality of raw materials. Ravioli are the local specialty, seasoned with ragù or porcini mushrooms and truffles they are truly excellent. A little more attention to the service, we had ordered gnocchi with simple tomato sauce and they arrived with ragù. However, it is really a very beautiful place for a trip out of town, it is very close to Lake Turano

02/04/2024: Introduction: we met there to celebrate the Easter holiday with 6 people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Service: Excellent service, very approachable staff, nice and friendly with customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Menu: very satisfying rustic local dishes, generous portions, we expected more from the pappardelle with wild boar, but still everything was good, especially the cured meats and cheeses. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Location: surrounded by greenery in a fantastic setting, excellent restaurant which was completely in rustic style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Prices: Very fair.

31/03/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant on Easter Sunday. Excellent service, courteous and helpful staff but above all the cuisine was something superlative. Good prices, rustic and family atmosphere.

27/03/2024: Happened by chance one evening after my husband took the wrong road returning from Rome to Terni...at first I didn't take it well but eating in this restaurant made me change my mind and it was absolutely worth it otherwise I would never have eaten meat better! Congratulations and we will absolutely return and a special thanks to Pamela who hosted us with such kindness!

26/02/2024: Absolutely worth going back to. Excellent roasts like everything else. I recommend the walk to the waterfalls, not even 10 minutes on foot and you find yourself immersed in nature. Tagliacozzo in the love.

30/03/2024: Very welcoming atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Often coming from Rome to Abruzzo we stop here in the evening for a stop in the pizzeria. It has become a very pleasant stop because here at Casale the pizza (but not only) is truly excellent. The environment, recently renovated, is pleasant and very welcoming, well furnished and heated in the cold months. The staff we have known for many years are very kind and friendly. It is recommended

25/03/2024: During a trip to the village of Aielli, (known for the murals and works created by some famous or less famous street artists), we decide to have lunch at the "Il Casale" restaurant. Located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Aielli. Surrounded by greenery, there is this ancient farmhouse. Easy to reach. It's impossible not to have it, because it's a very bright red colour. The facility is very large and well maintained. Large car park adjacent to the structure. An outdoor garden. It's clear that the owners care. It is also used as a room for various occasions such as weddings etc. At the entrance we are welcomed by one of the 3 owners (the restaurant is family-run and run by 3 brothers) who, with a big smile, makes us sit in one of the rooms. The rooms are well cared for, few objects cover the walls. Some are very old. but positioned in the right place. The second brother approaches the table and, after having ascertained the various allergies and intolerances, takes the orders, carefully describing the dishes to us. - Homemade appetizer (cheeses, cured meats and vegetables. All zero km). - The first: Trofie asparagus and lemon. The trofie are al dente, covered with fine asparagus and a cream probably made with an asparagus smoothie and a touch of lemon which creates a wonderful combination. Ravioli with walnut cream....... without words, to taste, savor, smell and enjoy. Even if someone says that "it's not polite".... to do the slipper, it is a must to clean up the dishes and finish the delicious cream that surrounds them. - Seconds: Local sausage with vegetable side dish. The meat, cooked just right, not too spicy, soft and really good. The vegetables tasted like freshly picked vegetables and not plastic or derivatives, as often happens when bought at the supermarket. - The wine A red. Collefrisio Cellars - Appassimento. Grapes 60% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot. Harvest / Second ten days of October for Montepulciano and Sangiovese, second ten days of September for Merlot. Ruby red color with light violet reflections. On the nose, dog rose and wild violet, fruity with red fruit in alcohol and ripe plum, a light hint of spices. Complex wine, with excellent structure, soft and enveloping. Persistent on the palate. - The coffee: (Usually in restaurants, coffee is a big risk, for those looking for a real coffee, creamy, that is not burnt or watered down, that coffee that tastes great and leaves the cup stained just right) We are also in this We were satisfied because the coffee was really good. Finally we stopped to have a chat with the owners. Lino, Enzo and Gianni, who told us about the passion that their father, who returned from Canada, had in opening this place about 40 years ago. Today they are the ones who carry on this tradition, with so much passion and dedication. The products are from local or zero km producers, and you can feel it. The farmhouse is not only a restaurant, but also a pizzeria and I hope to be able to return soon to try that too. Finally, one of them suggested some other hidden corners of Aielli to visit and admire. Then we discovered that one of them is the artist who created the work "the arch of books", at least that's what we wanted to call it. A staircase inside an arch, where the roof is covered with books, fixed to the ceiling with rivets for the installation of the plasterboard. Thank you Gentlemen, this is an example of a family-run restaurant, where we truly felt at home. Your passion and dedication for cooking and hospitality is the recipe for your success. A greeting.
