24/03/2024: I've been to the Masticabrodo restaurant and had a mixed experience. Although the menu needs improvement, with a more refined presentation than a simple piece of disposable paper, I must admit that the wine list was a pleasant surprise. The Nabucco was particularly outstanding. The charcuterie tasting was divine, even if the salami didn't fully meet my expectations. The flakes of 24-month aged parmigiano reggiano were delicious, while the crispy polenta was decent but not exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made the experience very pleasant. The anolini, then, were simply divine, with an incredible filling! The environment was very calm and peaceful, probably because I arrived around 11am. However, the prices were a little above average, but considering the quality of the food and service, it was definitely worth it!

A wide choice of vegetables (zucchini, spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes, etc.): recommended address for vegetarians 🥦 The owner is adorable, organized and efficient in preparing the puccia quickly during rush hour around 12:30 p.m.

27/03/2024: I'm not a big pizza lover but this one was really good. The ingredients are truly first choice and I can highly recommend this place. The environment is sober but very well kept and the staff very kind. Very normal prices. Ample parking available. Highly recommended for me

26/03/2024: I like: the possibility of a room with a balcony, parking even if unattended, the good position to reach the Parma fair, the restaurant in the hotel, the possibility of having larger rooms, the bathroom equipped with a bathrobe I don't like: the welcome, the restaurant room and the breakfast room, the seasonal menu (???) at the restaurant (it means the same things for 3 months!), the mini fridge bar is empty (just 3 things), there are no used slippers and disposable (we are in a 4 star hotel!), you may have a room with a television that is badly positioned and almost impossible to see, the bathroom without extraction, almost "centralized" heating/cooling, In the end the memory isn't bad... it wouldn't take much to improve the services offered.

15/03/2024: If I could give zero stars I would give those. 6 euros for 1 badly made cappuccino with bubbles, a burnt coffee and two GLASSES of water. I go to the cash register and I feel like they're making fun of us, you should make fun of yourselves because one euro per glass of water isn't even in a nice bar. We didn't expect it being that the beautiful view is the CONAD. Let's add the wobbly chairs. So laugh a little, thank you.

07/04/2024: You enter and they don't say hello, you wait at the entrance and no one asks you "good evening please", after 10 minutes I ask for a table, they point it out to me without even giving me the menu, you pay and they don't ask how it went. Pizza is an insult to pizza, call it by another name, maybe it would make sense. The portioned dessert for a canary. Only good if there are no alternatives. On a positive note, most of the guys are polite and nice. But the rest, what can I say, the review speaks. Greetings
