31/03/2024: Spinte da tutte le recensioni positive decidiamo di prenotare in questo carinissimo localino a conduzione familiare . Non appena arrivate siamo accolte dal sorriso della signora che ci accoglie con gentilezza e professionalità . Ma veniamo al dunque.. le pizze😍. Appena sono arrivare al tavolo siamo state colpite dal profumo dell’impasto , cosa che capita raramente.. e tutti gli altri ingredienti hanno fatto sì che “il quadro” fosse completo. Bravissimi continuate così . Torneremo presto

18/02/2024: Pizza ottima, ingredienti fresch, curatii e ben abbinati. Pizza di gusto ricercato e raffinato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il pizzaiolo ha alti riconoscimenti a livello mondiali.

06/04/2024: At Apud Jatum I ate the best pizza in the province of Palermo and probably in all of Sicily. The dough is wonderful I don't know how they managed to create a soft and crunchy dough at the same time with a delicious edge. All the ingredients are top quality and nothing is left to chance. Prices are average (lower than average when compared to quality). The staff is friendly and even smiling. The only downside is the place where it is located. The street and the exterior are not up to the standard of the venue. Well done to the owner though.

02/04/2024: In an elegant environment and welcomed by kind staff, gourmet cuisine is offered with all dishes at reasonable prices. Impossible to be disappointed. Given the proximity to the archaeological area of ​​Monte Jato it can be an additional reason to organize a trip out of town and spend a happy Sunday. To conclude, it is a restaurant with good memories where you can enjoy a multi-sensory and well-being experience. Recommended and to be recommended.

02/04/2024: We arrive on a late evening ferry from Genoa to Palermo, and only have the opportunity to arrive at the campsite an hour after closing time. Anna, who is one of the owners, had told us before our departure from Denmark that she would open up for us when we arrived at the campsite. As agreed, Anna was ready at the reception, and we were quickly guided to a beautiful place with a nice view over the sea. A nice large space for car and caravan. The sanitary conditions are nice and clean. Everywhere there is a very cozy atmosphere. 27/03/2024: The Casale Drinzi, located in the middle of the beautiful Madonie, near the pretty mountain village of Collesano. A large, beautiful area with a vegetable garden, chickens and play areas for children. We became aware of Casale Drinzi through our slow food guide 'Osterie d'Italia', which has not disappointed us for 20 years and describes the wonderful, seasonal, regional organic cuisine of Italy everywhere in Italy. This is also the case at Casale Drinzi and we have eaten here several times and always had the degustazione menu and it was always different and always fantastic. Please do not eat anything for at least 12 hours beforehand. Eight wonderful antipasti - vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, sausage, sometimes snails - always different but always delicious. At least 2 wonderful primi, then 2 or 3 secondi, wonderful dolce, coffee and limoncello, amaro and chocolate liqueur. Afterwards you want to ask where the bed is. I don't want to talk about the price/performance ratio here, it's just incredibly good. The service and the people are incredibly friendly, generous and warm, even under stress. The guest room is very, very nice, open, large, and at the same time very comfortable. The tables are beautiful and even set with cloth napkins. A place to really feel good. Casale Drinzi describes its cuisine as simple. I would like to add delicious, with aromas, herbs and spices very finely balanced. The chefs can do it easily. It should also be mentioned that Casale Drinzi is often full on weekends and if you don't have a reservation, there is a small dependency 100 m away. You can also enjoy the kitchen on a beautiful terrace. We will use the small B&B at Casale Drinzi in spring or autumn. Then we can earn the great food by going on a hike and after the meal there will be a bed.

It didn't disappoint us completely, it was a very pleasant discovery, a superlative pizza both in the soft and well-leavened dough and in the abundant toppings of evident excellent quality. Convenient to park on the street where it is located. Obviously highly recommended!!!
