04/03/2024: Typical restaurant with solid traditional cuisine. Traditional mixed house appetizers but always with truly spectacular innovations! Not to be missed. Excellent first courses and if it's on the menu, horse meat with amazing grilled onions. Welcoming and kind host with elderly mother still in the kitchen, thank goodness! Sraff young and prepared! Well done without a doubt!

05/04/2024: Small and familiar place but tremendously pleasant. Excellent service with good quality dishes and off-menu suggestions of the day. The boss is approachable and shares fantastic recommendations on the less touristy areas of Syracuse that are worth visiting.

05/04/2024: Fantastic fried fish, we had ravioli stuffed with fish with lemon fish sauce and lobster pasta. The service was excellent!

26/03/2024: We have been guests of this hotel for over 10 years, both in winter and summer. The food and location are first class. The new spa area is quite impressive.

From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt warmly welcomed as a family by every member of staff. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel not only offered first-class accommodation but also an exquisite selection of food to suit both adults and children. Every meal was a culinary experience that tantalized our taste buds and brought us together as a family. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. With a breathtaking view of the Erta and just a few minutes walk from the lift, it was the perfect starting point for the day of skiing. All in all, we can warmly recommend the Hotel Condor. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we are already looking forward to returning as a family soon.

01/04/2024: High level restaurant located at the Carlentini exit. Very elegant place, very professional chef and very kind staff. I opted for a pizza with cereal dough, perfect cooking and quality ingredients. For dessert we were offered fried raviolini with ricotta and pistachio nutella, fabulous. Wide choice of wines, varied choice of fixed menus, possibility of choosing between land and sea dishes and pizzas with three different types of dough. Next time we will try the seafood dishes.

25/03/2024: Stopped thanks to the advice of other users on Google. We had a wonderful lunch and in every dish you could see the passion for cooking and it was very well looked after. A pleasure for smell, taste and sight. Strong flavors that taste of Sicily made with the freshest products. From appetizer to dessert, it was truly a spectacle. Truly compliments to this chef. It's a shame to live far away!

22/03/2024: I don't want to exaggerate, but I'm doing this REVIEW to make people understand what I experienced in this restaurant: I'll start by saying that the place is discreet, I can't say anything, it's a small town place. As for the cuisine, satisfactory, I ate well, not excellent but not bad either, what made me revolt, sorry if I use the term, "revolt" is the service. Having a waiter who, while bringing your food, touches his beard, is not the greatest hygiene, it may happen that a person touches his face during service, but immediately afterwards, you wash your hands, but no more than once and even several times, he touched his beard and nose and continued to serve the tables. I'm sorry, but I care about the service, in my opinion, hygiene comes first of all, even before the quality of the food itself. Obviously it's my opinion, but I'll give my negative opinion to anyone who asks me.
